Alot of the burgers had hot sauce and I'm a mild kind of guy, i could off added another sauce but the Chur beast lit up on the menu, was the biggest burger for the biggest guy (tallest) :)!! My mate got the ol blue which i will have to get next time :D Im focusing on eating slower these days.. I'm one of those guys to breath in my food lol, burger was pretty big so at the start i had attack on the bottom then the top till i got to the middle :). I got it on a gluten free bun and i have to admit the burger was super tasty.. didn't want to put it down almost like a good book :)! I like burgers but it's not a selling point to my foodie adventures. One interesting fact it is Filipino owned and operated. It's not the type of food Filipinos tend serve. That piqued my curiosity to see what motivated the proprietor to this specific food type. It's a nice menu but I did not see anything that could give me that wow statement. I ordered the Old School burger; a hand crafted beef patty, lettuce, tomato, gherkins, boss mayo and ketchup. With a Cascade ginger beer I really liked. There wasn't much people there but service was a bit slow. We were beginning to wonder if they forgot or had to kill the cow first. The burger was good but I don't know if it was good enough to be $13.00 Aussie. The beef was seasoned nicely. Some savory juices were gushing out as I bit into it making my mouth happy .
