Das Schweinefleisch kommt vom bekannten bayrischen Strohschwein. Wir beziehen es direkt von Landwirt Helmut Berger aus Nagel. Unsere Burger-Buns holen wir täglich frisch gebacken von der Bäckerei und Konditorei "Die jungen Schöffels" in Thiersheim - sie werden dort extra für das BAROS hergestellt. Qualität und Geschmack bieten wir auch bei unserer Getränkeauswahl. Neben täglich selbstgemachten Limonaden und ausgesuchten Gin- und Whisky-Sorten gibt es passend zu unseren Burgern verschiedene Craftbeer und heimische Bierspezialitäten. Heiße Getränke gibt es zu unserer täglich wechselnden Kuchen- und Dessertauswahl natürlich auch.

The burger was medium grilled, it had pickles, cheese sauce and ketchup. It was delicious but they didn't take any risks. So, if you're looking for a decent burger on the safe side, chances are you will like it. The fries were a little less crunchy than I like it but they were very tasty. I didn't have to wait very long during lunch time but I was the only customer in the venue. Possibly because they weren't open at lunch last time I checked and maybe not a lot of people know about it. The atmosphere ist the beautiful Wagnergasse which is always a plus. The waitress was friendly and deserved the tip I gave her.
