This Mcdonald's is terrible, 18 out of 20 times i've been there to order nuggets with my Girlfriend they always forget nuggets. She ends up paying for the full meal and doesn't even get what she paid for. Everyone is slacking. May as well go to BurgerKing because it's cheaper, they don't mess up orders. It seems like ever since the COVID-19 has restricted in-person visits to the McDonald's in Pembroke, the service has went way downhill. The last 2 times we made a family order they messed up the order. We got 3 orders of 10 pack nugget meals. We got one 10 pack and a 20 pack meal, there were only 18 nuggets in the 20 pack. To top it off we didn't get the dipping sauce we wanted. The second time it was the same thing, our 10 pack meals didn't add to 10 nuggets in each meal. It's like they don't care about the orders because it's not like you can go back and go into the restaurant to complain. Or maybe the staff just can't add to 10? It's not like you need a high school diploma to work there! read more

I think calling this a "fast" food restaurant is generous. I am writing this in the drive thru where I have been for 20 mins to buy a sundae. Also, often the staff are rude, don't greet you when you get to the cash and are generally apathetic. Not a satisfied customer. read more
