This place has a good play place, so it's good if you are traveling and need somewhere for the kids to burn off steam. HOWEVER, it has a weird zoo smell, it takes a long time to get your food, and the staff doesn't love their jobs (how do you put that nicely?!?) Wow, shadiest owner for a McDonald's ever. What a cheap POS. Had to purchase something to use restroom, I wouldn't eat this poison if it was the only food available, but this clown limited sauce per how big the order was, had to ask for ketchup, no refills on drinks. Young lady at the 2nd window didn't realize I had a family member on the phone when I handed it to her for tap pay. The young lady then closes the door and proceeds to talk crazy shit about me to her co worker all because she had to walk back to the first window to submit my payment when they were the ones that directed me to pull to the second window . My family told me what happened behind the window and she screen recorded the conversation. This was very distasteful on McDonalds behalf and I will be emailing the video to corporate! read more

Got my order wrong. Ordered a double cheese. Was charged for a double quarter pounder. Asked for barbecue sauce with my nuggets. They Put a single ketchup packet with my nuggets. Food tastes off. Traveling by again this morning on my way to the science Museum, I am reminded of a recent terrifying visit. During the week of fall break last October we stopped here to get some refreshment for adults and kids alike on our way to the science Museum. The place was crowded on account of all the kids out and about. The tremendous drive-through lane causing me to fool Leslie go inside. There is a line of five or six patrons took about 15 minutes to clear all the orders. As I was about to be next up, some whiner came up and put on a big mellow drama about an undercooked cheeseburger. I downloaded this app and made an account, just so I could explain how terrible the service is here. They are beyond slow for a fast food place. You're better off going to any other place, even restaurants, around the area to get food faster than here. I do not recommend coming here if are in a hurry. Also, if they don't have something that you order, they will give you something else and not tell you. This is by far the worst food establishment in the area. When there is more than 2 cars, expect to wait twice as long to get your food. They have no rush on getting mobile orders to curbside and taken care of everyone first. read more

The slowest fast food I've ever had. So incredibly slow even when there is no line and I've only had 1 of my meals 100% correct. I kept coming back because I work next door and only had a 30 min lunch break. UGGGHHHHHHH! Could there be a slower "fast" food establishment???? Took them forever to take our order at the intercom, then we get to the "first" window the employee is standing there with her back turned towards the window, never saying a word. We are looking at her and she turns around, rolls her eyes and turns back around. She never greeted us nor explained the situation. She just stood there. Finally the manager comes over to do something to the register and she opens the window waiting on the payment. This was a stupid experience. We only ordered a Sweet Tea. It would be fine if everyone in the morning drive thru knew how to make café drinks. All I want on the morning is a plain iced coffee. It's the least difficult thing to make but only 3 people seem to know how to make it. It's literally simple syrup, cream, and coffee. If I keep getting bitter iced coffee I'm gonna lose it. I shouldn't have to hunt for sugar when I get to work and hope it dissolves in an iced drink. Just make sure you train your employees if they're gonna be in drive in the morning. read more

Call me a McDonald's snob if you want, but I try to avoid them at all costs. Collectively, my experience with them has been bad, from bad food to bad service. However, there is normally one thing I like: their chicken nuggets. I had not been to a McDonald's in about a year, but my child and I wanted a quick snack after an active event and we were craving chicken nuggets. Chicken nuggets are the one thing that McDonald's normally gets right. Much to my dismay, this location had the worst nuggets I had ever tasted. They were over-cooked and dried-out, so bad that ketchup couldn't help them slide down any better. It made me regret breaking my ban on coming to one of their "restaurants." It is a well-known fast food chain and when you're considering what you expect from McDonald's I would say this is a good location. Is obviously not a four-star restaurant but I give ratings that reflect how they perform within their categories and the expectations you to have. I went to the McDonald's on MLK in Oklahoma City and it was around 5am and I waited over 20 minutes at the drive thru and it was only 1 car there and while I was waiting I drove around to the window since no one came to the intercom.Once I got there the 1 person there ahead of me 5 minutes later got his food and left and once I pulled up to the window they all dissappeared and the lady in the drive thru saw me there when she reach to had the person ahead of me there food I'm so done with this location. read more

The drive-through clerk does not seem to be able to understand a simple order of "fries"..how hard is that? THEN mocked the driver I was with when this very simple was repeated.
