Went for breakfast this morning with4 other family members. The self serve kiosk had a printer error, so ordering was even slower because we had to get an employee to clear the screen and we could not complete our order and still had to wait in line...not convenient at all. Ordering at the counter was difficult as the person at the register English was not their 1st language so he was different to understand. The order was correct after all the back and forth. Whenever I am in a new country, I have to try something from the McDonald's menu. The two items I was keen on ordering were the snack wrap and fries. I am well aware we have the snack wraps in the U.S. but they are pretty mid. We ordered inside instead of going through the drive through. Our food was ready pretty quickly. My parents also wanted to try the fries so we ordered 3 medium fries and one snack wrap. The ranch snack wrap definitely hit the spot. The fries always taste way better outside the U.S. We were satisfied! read more

i'll give zero stars if i can, one employee is ruining it for everybody . the girl in the glasses is beyond rude, rolled her eyes when i ask to flip the vanilla cone into the cup so my kids won't spill it everywhere. i told the cashier before hand as well upon ordering. even one of her co-workers told her to just give them a cup , asking her for a cup is probably a mortal sin. she didn't even handed us the ice cream it was over the counter and leave . ask her for a spoon for my caramel fudge sundae.. and proceeded to throw the spoon at the counter . like seriously?? . i don't expect a 5 stars service, but atleast be decent. read more

I have to pick a star, but it deserves zero. The restaurant was messy , dirty , floors seats, etc. We had to wipe a table for the kids to sit. The play land smelled horrible , the bathroom was just disgusting, and the music piped into the bathrooms was inappropriate rap lyrics for young children. This is the 3erd time I've taken my grandkids here , each time I say well it can't be worse ... and the next visit it truly was... Came in for a snack wrap since they don't have them in the United States, it was really good. The wait was short and i absolutely loved the passion fruit smoothie. The snack wrap with tomato lettuce and cheese is huge. $7 and way bigger then the regular snack wrap which is like $3. Been happening to me at the drive thru at Mcdonalds on Lundys Lane Niagara Falls Ontario 15 or more times through the many years, which I go once or more or less times per year, the person at the window informs me to wait at the 3rd window. Who exactly informs her (or him) of that information as she or him wears that ear head set because it happened to me so many times through the years. Today it happened again, why would they inform me to pull to the 3rd window, how long does it take them to put 6 big macs in a bag? They need to have a first come first serve policy, they don't want cars behind me waiting but I have to wait for them when I was there first. I feared it may take 5 or more minutes so I waited less than a minute at the 3rd window and drove around to get my order. A few years ago the last 3 times this happened I waited as long as 7 then 9 then 12 minutes at 3rd window as everyone else drove by with their orders, then I went inside to get my order and the burgers were cooled down a bit. In fact each time I waited at the 3rd window for the last 5 times the burgers were less warm than they are suppose to be when being served. Why is this happening? McD needs to have a first come first serve policy or at least make a major change or improvement for customers who place larger orders so they get their orders quicker. And why don't every Mcdonalds give out a complaint form on paper and online to allow customers to file a complaint against a certain Mcdonalds location? Do I need to have a video camera installed in my car to prove how many times this has been happening to me at the Lundy Lane location in Niagara Falls? read more

Went here on tues night..waited 45 mins for my food , watched three different people work on it, watched them take my fries out of the bag put them in another order . when I finally got the food I complained the little punk supervisor said sorry but if you don't like it use another McDonald's. I accidentally ordered something I asked them to cancel it but they didn't understand at first but after a while they told they're manager to come and he gave me a refund. I loved it. Food was good too! I recommend! read more

It's a McDonalds. But this one has a big play center as well as an area for McCafe. I believe they have free wifi as well. It has been through a number of renovations over the years and now it's a newer, fancier looking one. Food is consistent as far as McDonalds goes. It is located at a busy part of Lundy's Lane. Making a left turn out of it can be a pain. read more

Ya it's just another McDonald's, so why am I writing about it. Because it's better than the McD's on Thorold Stone. If you have to and I mean really have to have your McD's fix go to this location. The service is better, the manager is available, the food is hot and not burned. Just one note of caution: all the McD's in Niagara Falls do not put enough sauce on the foods, so ask for extra sauce. Especially the Fillet O Fish. A few times I have had NO Sauce. So Remember the tums, and extra sauce. read more

i asked one of the employees where the little boys room was because i had too peepee. the employee, instead of replying, started spinning in circles and chanting "mmmmamdsmfmmasmf i have rabies." i was absolutely disgusted with this disgusting and vulgar behaviour, who does that?! People should be much more respectful in this day and age, they have no class. I then pulled down my trousers and whipped out my willy. i peed a great pee on the floor next to the kiosk. i believe there was an open/uncovered wire that i happened to have peed on, because my piss then caught on fire. the manager came out of the deep fryer, absolutely furious. she looked at me dead in my cataract filled eyeballs and said "would you mind if i took a sip? i am in deep thirst that i would love to quench with your golden stream of goodness." of course, i said yes, and i watched the manager swan dive into my peepee. after this absolutely bonkers experience, i ordered a daves double and it was quite good. this is my favourite restaurant by far. good day to everyone reading -D.Mc.R read more

A run of the mill McDonald's with a big play area for kids. Came here for a quick breakfast as we left Niagara Falls and we found out they have a limited breakfast selection. Went with their Sausage McMuffin and it plugged the hole. Service was fast enough but noticed many tables were dirty. Those that were "cleaned" had distinct, "I'm cleaning half the table with their dirty cloth and I hate my life" type of effort. I suggest sticking to their main ticket items and use the drive through. read more

It's a nice, newly renovated McDonald's. It's very clean inside and the parking lot is very accessible. There is a large play structure for kids... But man is the device ever slow! We came for breakfast, yes it's was pretty busy, but we waited 20 minutes to get our order which to me in a McDonald's is completely unacceptable! When we got our food, it was terrible, very obvious that it was rushed even for McDonald standards! The breakfast burrito only has a little piece of egg in it, nothing else! No sausage! And my hash brown was cold, clearly been sitting for a while. If you're going to come to this location id suggest not coming during peak hours. read more

Second time at this McDonald's with slow service. Took 20 minutes for two pancake happy meals and a breakfast burrito combo. Lots of other people in line unhappy with the slow service. read more

Not impressed with this McDonalds. My children will not eat anything apart from grilled cheese which they could not do one night so I asked for the bun with cheese and I would grill it at home to be told they could not do that. Why not? I don't often use fast food, but we had had a long day and my kids were tired and hungry and this McDonalds were most UNhelpful!!!! :( read more

I have been to this location maybe 6 times over the years when coming to Niagara and every time it sucks ! Not once have they EVER gotten our order right . I blame this on the kitchen because the order on the receipt matched the grill order on the wrapper but the burger would be made wrong . Also tried to explain to them that my vanilla shake was just ice cream and their was no vanilla in it and they argued with me . I was telling them it didn't taste anything like vanilla and just tasted like melted ice cream and she was trying to tell me that's how it's suppose to taste and I made her open the machine doors and seen that there was NO vanilla bottle because someone forgot to replace it !! She did not apologize and I ended up getting a smoothie instead because she didn't filter the machine so my new shake was all vanilla syrup and no ice cream the second time . Was so happy that this location got upgraded with the McCafe selections. Couldn't wait to try their deluxe hot chocolate. What a disappointment! It looks nothing like the ad, no whipped cream, no chocolate syrup just a plain hot chocolate mix sold to unsuspecting customers for around $3 a cup. I won't be back.
