Burgers take a while (twenty minutes seems like a normal wait on each of my visits). Looks popular at lunch, with a line forming almost to the door - best to come early if you like to eat quickly! Ordering is simple - choose which damn burger you want, the damn sauce, whether you want the meal (drink & side) and then sit back, relax, and wait for your damn number to be called.

So, our tour coordinator raved that this place had the best roasterie chicken. Many people from our…read moretour group (including me and my relatives) flocked to Kochloffel for lunch in April 2011. But, I got the "Best-Chicken sandwich" instead of the roasterie chicken. The sandwich was little big and it was tasty. It's a crispy chicken sandwich with a cheese slice, lettuce, and a mustard sauce. My cousin got the Bratwurst and it was a big piece of sausage. There was temporary setup for outdoor seating and indoor seating at this place. We dined in the outdoor seating area, since we got a table and it was a nice spring day to eat outside. :)
