I came here this summer to visit friends and when feeling homesick, craved a good burger. I ordered a basic one and once I received it, was super satisfied. The quality was really good and the service of our waitress was just fine. We sat outside, which was nice, but we were overcome with the stench of cigarettes... but it's Germany... they don't really care about the dangers of second-hand-smoke, yet. Maybe someday... I'll definitely hit this place up again next time I'm in Ulm, but maybe next time I'll sit inside;).
