Nashville has an abundance of great restaurants at which to dine, but I have children, and if you know children, you know they couldn't care less about anything like that. So, that's what brought us to this McDonald's. I could either fight them and pay $37 for a lunch they'll just pick at, or I could pay $10 and make them happy and full. Sometimes McDonald's wins. We went through the drive-thru and it was relatively painless. There are two lanes, and the lane we picked was a little slow because I think they were training someone. But we got everything we ordered, and the fries were hot and fresh, and my kids were happy. What more can you ask for with a McDonald's experience? read more

If you only have a 30 minute lunch, this is the place to go. It usually takes 30 minutes just to get your food. And then you get the afternoon adrenaline rush of trying to get back to work on time. Went to this place because it was close to my workplace However, I went inside the place ordering some food But when I got my food I can tell the fries was not hot and fresh, the burgers were too cold assuming it was warm. I would say avoid this McDonalds and drive the extra mile to a local coffee shop unless you like taste less vanilla milk with no coffee. Had a horrible experience this AM. The employees are so unorganized, poorly trained, and unresponsive. Waited 30 min on a mobile order. My boyfriend and I did our own separate breakfast mobile orders. They provided my order right away (drink was wrong) and then marked his as done but never provided the order. When we asked them for it they couldn't locate it. We showed them our mobile order receipts and they provided him with his breakfast sandwich but no drink. AGAIN I had to say something and we finally received our complete orders. The drink orders were AWFUL. From the photos you can see, we ordered the same thing but received inconsistent drinks that tasted completely different. Not even in the same cup. read more

The team did a great job! We were served quickly, and the team members were all very pleasant. The female team member who took our payment chatted with us while our credit card was processing, and the male team member at the window did a great job of verifying our order as he handed it to us. This location can be hit or miss with the crew, but today they were awesome! read more

Horrible. SLOW and RUDE. Filthy. No sense of urgency. Breakfast served with a side of attitude. I was order number 133. I waited patiently for 10 minutes as they slowly worked their way through the 120's. Then I noticed they were calling out 138, 139, 140. I approached the counter and asked where order 133 was. The huffy response was, "What do you mean where is order 133?" I responded with, "You just called out 138,139, and 140 and you still haven't called 133. That's what I mean." Her response, "Well you didn't have to come at me like that!" This location does not know the definition of customer service or hospitality. Customers are an inconvenience to them. Do them a favor. They consistently have the longest line and slowest service. And I'm told they don't offer milk for coffee. Just half and half. I told the young man at the window and he turned around and told his boss. The lady he told said Well. I asked if he could get it from the lobby and he said no. Since the rehab some months ago, the huge glass windows give you a lovely vista of the Gallatin Road. There is free Wi-Fi and in the early morning it can be quite soothing. The bright yellow chairs and vinyl booths are sunny and optimistic. Today we headed in to try the McFishbites that we had seen on the Telly the night before. Blimey what a winner. they really did taste like the fish sandwich but in a round bite size form. soft and fishy and lovely. Service is A-OK - not as efficient as the Mighty Fesslers Lane branch but we will be back for more mcbites soon read more

I have got to say, for a little as fast food workers get paid, the lovely lady running the show at this location (10:30AM) has the best customer service chops around - at any wage. She was handling a super busy morning with minimal employees like a boss. Warm and loving with her customers and her crew. Worst McDonald's I have ever been to. Complete lack of staff to meet demands. During the 5 o'clock rush hour there were about 3 people total working. So that means very slow service and wait lines topped off with food that is so bad it doesn't even meet McDonald's standards. I have come here spontaneously every day for the past 32 days just to see if they are open. They have been "closed" every single time. Despite multiple employees inside, they come up with various excuses as to why they are not serving at this supposedly 24/7 location. It is widely advertised that this location is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, yet EVERY TIME I have visited employees at the window make up an excuse as to why they cannot not serve me.
