The drinks were great as well, We so wish that the U.S. would adopt the serving style where the alcohol is in the glass and they bring the soda in a bottle to be added at the table. In the U.S., it usually comes from a soda gun that might, or might not be clean, and is always flat. My burger was cooked medium, with a bit of pink, just the way I like it. The fries were soft in the middle with a slight crunch to them, with flaky salt. My wife's salad had a bit too much dressing for her tastes but I thought it was good. We have started sharing meals this way, as our appetites are smaller now that we are getting a bit older.

The steak was definitely the star of the show--so tender and full of flavor, cooked perfectly both times. The burgers were juicy and satisfying, and the fries were crisp and seasoned just right.
