We don't eat meat or much fast food so we usually just go in for a coffee, tea and sometimes an egg sandwich. The service is usually good but the new dining room is not comfortable. Some of the seats have also disappeared to make room for self service ordering which almost no one uses. We so miss the cushioned seats. We do not have a Starbucks here so this is our coffee joint. I guess we will have to wait for the new DD to open to be comfortable again. read more

My husband and myself stopped to pick up 2 egg McMuffins and an orange juice. The egg McMuffins were cold and dry. The muffin had not been toasted, the cheese was not melted and the large orange juice i ordered was mostly water. I have never had a bad egg McMuffin at a McDonalds location until this. I rarely go to McDonald's anyway. They have never gotten my order right. Today they did not disappoint. I ordered a bacon egg and cheese biscuit meal and a sausage egg and cheese biscuit plus a hash brown. When I got my order I always double check to make sure my order is right. I was missing two hash browns. I told the lady I was missing two hash browns and she brought me a bag and I left. Then I get home there's only one hash brown and a bacon egg cheese instead of a sausage egg and cheese biscuit. My husband can't eat bacon. The reason I'm doing this review is not because of the mistakes. It's because the woman looked at me like I was trash. She looked at me like I was trying to get something for nothing. I asked her why she was looking at me like that. She just looked at me. I told her I didn't have to lie about a damn hash browns. You don't deserve 15 dollars an hour. read more

Seems like all I do is bitch on here...but if it deserves bashing, bash away I always say. Never understood the whole "we deserve top dollar" thing with fast food workers. We have tons of industrial workers who get paid far less and if they make the mistakes these miscreants make, a whole business can be shut down for days (at the least). Usually I have no problem with McDonald's but this time was different. Our food was given to a different car which instead of giving it back said it was theirs. I sent my husband in to sort out the mistake. A woman comes out and hands me two bags of food after asking if I had chicken nuggets which I did. I look through the bags and it is someone else's order. I take it in and the same worker had the gall to stop me to yell at me over accepting the food. Honestly the worst experience I've ever had with a McDonalds.. I ordered a doordash order for my boyfriend at 9:45AM, for breakfast because I know they stop serving breakfast at 10:30AM. My doordasher came and my order was not ready and they said they were done serving breakfast.. This is the worst McDonalds I have ever been to in my life. I forgot why I never go to this location, but was quickly reminded. It is the worst customer service, and the most incapable staff I have ever seen at any eating establishment. They can never get the order right and when you take it back they act like it's your fault. How does one put onions on a burger that is wrapped in a half of a receipt that says no onions. My 6 year read it, and said "see the tickets says no onions why would they put onions on it. Well I hated to tell her that I guess the line worker did not get his/her 1st grade education. We ordered four bundles and get one small fry. We did manage to get 36 packs of ketchup for our small fry with with 22 fries in it. So we get home after the ballgame it's 815 on a school night and I call to get the three missing small fries the problem I was told I was only charged for 1 bundle but three sandwiches. I could come back and purchase the fries separately. The order was never repeated to me at the window and if I only was charged for 1 small fry why did I receive 36 ketchup packets. I will take my portion of the blame and was willing to go back because I should have checked before I left. I did have a car full of tired kids but I guess I should have babysat this McDonalds crew as well. All we wanted was 4 McDoubles no onions with 4 small fries. That is not a complicated order. These people wonder why they are being replaced by machines! Give me the kiosk next time I'll type the order myself. read more
