They used to be terrible for messing up orders but that has improved and they now get it right more often than not. If they leave out food the manager doesn't genuinely seem to care so there's no real point in calling them. The food is mostly consistently good, however it is often unappealingly thrown together these days which makes it obvious that the staff don't care and just rush them out - regardless of whether or not it's busy. My last burger had barely any sauce. The burger before that was a hot mess. The chips are often undercooked and please stop putting out half full chips. Would be nice if the staff would read the instructions on delivery requests. read more

Chips are half empty a majority of the time. It happens way too often for it to be a mistake. They make you park in the bay for every order so it can't be corrected easily. The food is fine most of the time. On one occasion my burger tasted and smelled strongly of perfume, that was gross. On another occasion there was so much sauce on my burger it was inedible. They have improved a lot with order accuracy. They get a majority of the orders right now without leaving items out. I have been to several other takeaway stores with young staff and have not had the problems that I have here. It's very frustrating. Not a lot to say ....but....if you want customers you need to present well in all areas not just food. The food was hot tasty and fresh and came out very quick. But the coffee was too much froth being a latte. The store was not at all clean. Given the time of night we came in the volume of traffic if any was next to nil. The restaraunt should have been spotless. Not a very good example for a McDonald's store. The girl on the register was very polite and freindly and was very helpful with the menu. read more
