We went to this McDonald's in Doral to take my nephews and celebrate their birthday. They had chicken nuggets and fries as we had a Frappuccino coffee. The food was normal like always in McDonald's. But the service from the guy who took our order was terrible. He barely spoke with me, he made me feel like he didn't want me there, and of course, he did not try to help me with the questions I had or my sister. If it wasn't because of the older lady who came to our table and helped us with our order we didn't even go to our frappe that I already bought. She was so nice and I told her in her face you are very nice not like the other guy who is in the cash register. I never like to leave a bad review but the service is horrible. This is the second time I come through the drive thru and no one speaks at either window. The ATM machine is always out of service and they never know how to scan the coupons so I always end up getting pissed off at this location. I'm over it.
