We went to this McDonald's in Doral to take my nephews and celebrate their birthday. They had chicken nuggets and fries as we had a Frappuccino coffee. The food was normal like always in McDonald's. But the service from the guy who took our order was terrible. He barely spoke with me, he made me feel like he didn't want me there, and of course, he did not try to help me with the questions I had or my sister. If it wasn't because of the older lady who came to our table and helped us with our order we didn't even go to our frappe that I already bought. She was so nice and I told her in her face you are very nice not like the other guy who is in the cash register. Mind you, this is not a young guy like you're used to seeing when you go to McDonald's, this is a man and he was treating us bad. read more

This is my go-to McD's in Doral. Clean tables, clean restrooms, nice and modern. The staff help is hit or miss, some need to really learn how to smile, but the food is always prepared well, and correctly. read more

I never like to leave a bad review but the service is horrible. This is the second time I come through the drive thru and no one speaks at either window. They just hand back my debit card without even a thank you. Then the next window basically hands you your food without saying a word as well and closes the window. I find this so extremely rude. The manager on the graveyard shift is the rudest person I've ever had the displeasure of attempting to order food from. There were 0 people in line and all she continued saying in the drive thru was ONE MINUTE very loudly as if a simple please would end her life. Utterly terrible customer service. This is the worst McDonald's to go to. The ice cream machine never works. The ATM machine is always out of service and they never know how to scan the coupons so I always end up getting pissed off at this location. I'm over it.
