DON'T GO HERE! This McDonald's is so awful it's scary. It was kinda busy and the workers in the back are basically yelling about how God killed himself and some other crazy things that were making all of us costumers uncomfortable. One of the costumers was wondering where their food was after 30 minutes of waiting and a worker told them to get an application and make the food themselves and after the costumer got upset at that, the workers had the audacity to tell the costumer to be polite. One of the workers said that he wished he had a gun as well which made all of us costumers uncomfortable since almost all of the workers there seem to be mentally unstable. I'm not a GM or anything, but I recommend firing 90% of the employees. Took 20min to get our food and of course it was messed up too. read more

It was so bad I actually called back to talk to a manager. Upon speaking to said manager it's no wonder the place is so horrible. She was rude and unapologetic. Thanks, I really do appreciate it! Worst annoying McDonald's ever! Extremely long wait time only to have them give us fish fillets without tartar sauce (we only said no cheese) and chicken nuggets without dipping sauce! We are on a road trip and after the long wait time we really didn't have time to go back. Staff was rude and apathetic. Typical McDonald's. My lady and I stopped quick after 5 hours of driving, Monday 9/5 around 3p. We noticed a long line of cars so we went inside. The place appeared clean and could tell they were behind due to the few folks already waiting inside for their food. There were 4-5 workers in back slinging burgers and salting fries. The manager appeared to take pride in his job and kept things moving as fast as possible. There was certainly a lot going on. 20 min later we received our order, everything correct. I'd probably swing by again in hopes of being back on the road sooner than later. read more

Ok first off we walk in the door and there's like 3 people working. Had to reach behind the counter to get my own water cup after waiting a full minute at the front of the register. My one friend ordered the two cheeseburger meal. Nothing was on the patty except meat and cheese. No onions or pickles. My other buddy was told his fries would be brought out to him. This is at 7pm, prime time for mcdonalds and they are waiting on fries!!! 10 minutes later when we are finishing up our meals she brings out his fries. And this is after watching multiple customers, who ordered after him, get their fries first. We asked for a refund and the worker told us she was sorry and then just had this dumb look on her face while I continued to tell her that this is the worst McDonald's I've ever been too. I would highly recommend this McDonalds restaurant if you have a spare 20 minutes to kill. By the time the staff here messed up our orders, not once, but twice, this is roughly how long we spent here. I might add that it was a very simple order - two identical burgers, no special additions or alterations. Luckily, we had free entertainment in the form of watching the numerous flies buzzing around the serving area. In addition to this, it seems like a really nice atmosphere - one of the staff was having a great time sitting with some customers (evidently friends or family) and only wandering up to the service desk to crack the occasional hilarious joke. Went here today on my way to Sioux Falls. TOO long of a wait for a breakfast sandwich at 10:00 a.m.-ish and a diet coke, it was a strange reaction from the employee when I asked for my drink cup, I felt she tried to challenge as to if I had already received it when I asked for my drink cup, she was softly grumbling something at me, which I didn't hear. Then suddenly her expression changed on her face as she mumble sorry, I forgot to give you your drink cup.... Very weird experience. As to the sausage mcmuffins, they weren't freshly made, the English muffins were hard (stale/old?) around the edges, the sausage and egg were far from being hot, why the twenty minute wait then!?! We have been on the roads for hours and just want a nice cold drink and a nice meal for the road.. we go in and we don't even get all of our food!! The pop was warmer than room temperature WITH ICE!! For being middle of the day, during the middle of the week, the lobby wasn't open, with no indication of it being closed. Worker that was bringing food out for driver thru was less than pleasant in reporting the closed lobby. I live in town, one of two fast food in town. I would say 20 percent of time order is wrong, conservative. Last time a month of go food was so bad, my kids got sick. I tried to return a Big Mac, that was bad by the look of it (hard bun, burnt meat, brown lettuce). The manager was not there, I could not get a refund. I put the video of the burger on twitter... I refuse to go there now. I make ramen noodles in a pinch. Try JJ's for a faster burger. read more

Stopped here on the way home Sioux Falls, from my Grandsons baseball tournament in Worthington . Service was very slow. I forgot my cell phone there on the counter and I did not realize it until I was in Sioux Falls. My wife called McDonalds and the manager said she had the phone . My wife asked if they would keep the phone until the next morning and we would pick it up on the way back to the baseball tournament. She said that would be fine. Arrived the next morning and the phone was gone. Apparently she left it out on the counter and two McDonalds employee , a guy and his girlfriend stole the phone. We waited 1/2 and hour while the day time manager called the employee and his girlfriend. They brought the phone back however he had stolen the sims card and cancelled the manufactures settings in the phone. We spent 3 hours at Verizon getting the phone fixed. We visited this Store on Sept 27th around 7pm for dinner, their Road sign was not lit, we weren't even sure they were open. I mentioned it to the Crew Person at the Counter, he acted as though, "Oh Well". The store was extremely dirty from the customer view of the kitchen all the way to the bathrooms. We helped an elderly couple, (he had Parkinson's & was struggling to get up to leave) & his wife - who was concerned about him spilled her tray of garbage as she attempted to throw it away, because the trash can was a lot smaller than the bin it was in & hard to not spill it. We told her to go with her husband & we cleaned up the garbage for her. It left the floor very wet right where everyone was walking to the bathrooms, I asked the Crew Person to have someone mop the floor, which they eventually did, & left it wetter than before. On top of this our food was terrible, my husband ordered a Filet of Fish & could not eat it as it was hard & cold. The french fries were cold & my Quarter Pounder was over cooked & hard. We love McDonald's - but this one was a disappointment. Just thought someone should know about this experience. We are McDonald's people, have been for years, but this one was bad. L.
