But for it being slow this place was on the dirty side I was able to see across the dinning area the spots of wet pools of liquid (soda) food crumbs on tables and trash laying around on tables and the floor. Service was horrible had to wait my turn to talk thru the window because employees were goofing around. Girl at the window asked the boy in the back of the sauce was in the bag. The boy replied yes of course it is as she replied it better be. mind you at the end the sauce was not in the bag so I had to still ask for it while they were goofing around as I received my meal. I checked my burger. I was so hungry and I was sad because it was full of mustard and I couldn't even eat it. food quality is horrible. I would not recommend this place. 11/17/22 10:00pm-11:00pm This workplace is filled with an incompetent staff. I order a double quarter pounder meal with a separate large fries on the side. Simple. They had me move up to the third window and I was waiting there for up to 45 minutes while at least 8 cars got their orders before mine. Then a worker had the audacity to ask, "Are you missing something?". I said, "yes, my whole order of a double quarter pounder meal with a large fries." 5 minutes later I got my order. I get home only to realize they completely botched my order and forget an order of fries. I do agree, it is my fault for having faith that these people could do their job correctly and not mess up a simple order. Mrs. Oquin, please get a better hold of this location with its workers and management. You will lose potential business with the new Whataburger that opened up down the street if you continue to allow this location to operate in such a poor fashion. If I was able to leave zero stars to this facility I would. I am completely dissatisfied with the customer service I have experienced here at least twice. The first time I was told they were only accepting cash and when I went to pull out cash and came back they ended up actually accepting my card . I found it weird but didn't think too much of it . This second time continently at the same time at night their system is down and they only accept cash again . Not liking the restaurant layout. I go out to eat to be served not to serve myself. The whole interior is rather depressing, not inviting at all. The young that walked the room was very attentive, made sure the customers were enjoying their meals and were satisfied. There was one young man who just got off his shirt and as rather loud. The worst experience I had for any fast food establishment. Would give them zero stars if I could. Went thru the drive thru, placed my order. Asked for sprite said they don't have any. Asked for root beer they don't have any. That was the first sign I should've just left. Girl that order my food sounded like she didn't even want to be there. Went to first window to pay. Ask the guy to please separate one of my orders in a bag by itself. Went to the second window. Which they told me to drive to a third window. Then went back inside. Went inside upset and asked where is my order. Same girl that asked what I ordered was asking me again what I ordered. Most of the time, the staff at this location gets our order right, and most of the time the customer service is pretty solid. However, the other day-- a small, skinny boy was working and he was incredibly rude to us. He got the order wrong, and when we let him know that we did not receive our drinks, he rolled his eyes and asked to see our receipt. We asked for a large Powerade and large Coca Cola when we ordered. The person who took the order (didn't see them) put medium on the ticket. When we explained the mistake, he told us there was nothing he could do and seemed very annoyed and put out, like we were being crazy and inconveniencing him to the max. The reason this establishment got 2 stars is because they are typically average or slightly above average--which means I probably would have given 3 regularly. The score was lowered because of this young man who obviously was never taught manners or how to speak to customers. Typically, these kinds of slips ups are completely forgivable and we barely even notice. But this employee's attitude was what really was wrong with the situation--not the simple mistake. My fiancé complained on a customer satisfaction survey, and we never heard back as well. Disappointing. read more

I had to drive all the way around town because westbound traffic was backed up. first they didn't have diet coke. I ordered unsweet iced tea and a quarter pounder with bacon. got back to my office and the tea was sweet and I got a regular quarter pounder. Paid for the bacon cheese burger. There is no negative otherwise I would put that. I have several times ordered lunch after 1030. I asked for two lunch items at 10:40 and was told by the manager that they don't start serving till 11. That is not true. Then he lies to me and tells me that he's been the manager for five years which is not true. Horrible service. The food is often lukewarm or flat out cold. I drive 13 miles round trip to order breakfast and take it home, so when McD's gets my order wrong it's not convenient to drive back to have it corrected. The sad thing is this has happened way more often than it should. The last time it happened was the straw that broke this camel's back. I have not been back, and I won't ever come back to the Los Fresnos McDonald's. When all is said and done, this works out pretty good for me because I can fix a much better breakfast at home for way less money. Truth said, the only reason I go to McD's at all is because I get lazy about cooking at home. BTW, earlier this week in a moment of weakness I ordered a couple of sausage/egg/cheese muffins.
