McDonald's - Fast Food Near Me - Logansport, Indiana

I got a double quarter pounder. When I got back to work the hamburger was almost raw this IA a disgrace. The price is outrageous. Do not go to this place unless you want E_coli poisoning. Avoid this establishment if at all possible . The place sucks! read more

I was in the drive-through waiting for someone to take my order for like 10 mins. Then I pulled up to the first window A guy kept walking by notice me but never came to the window to take my order. So I pulled up by the second window and I see two guys just standing around. The other night I came by to get a mc chicken and it was cold. Like this place should be shut down with its bad service like no reason to be open late if they ain't going to do any work!! read more

10/13/19 8:31 am - cold decaf coffee and no non-fat mile for a Carmel macchiato. Every time I go through drive through I either have to pull up and wait or they do not have something. East end does not have good 10/14/19 8:16 am- I had to pull up once again and wait 4 mins to get my drink and then my husband went through earlier in the morning and got a decaf coffee. Got to the bottom of the cup and there was a FLY!!! He went to the McDonalds and spoke to the manager. No apology and all she said was "wow we need to fix that" 10/25/19 about 7 am - went through drive through wanting hot chocolate and their McCafe machine was not working! So no one was able to get any type of hot or cold McCafé drink! read more

Says they close at 10:45. It is now 9:21 and we sat at the window and watched 3 clueless so it seems young women sit there and laugh as we tried to order our food. Highly recommend NOT going there seeing as if they had a 1 1/2 star rating. Very disappointing on how they want more money and can't even do their fucking jobs. read more

This is the worst McDonald's I've ever been to, they are always rude and the food is never correct or hot! I got into the drive thru line at 10:25 but didn't make it to the speaker until 10:31. And they would not serve me breakfast! One minute past I should be able to get breakfast if I was in line within plenty of time. NEVER have I had such terrible service! read more

Very unprofessional employees and manager. They ruined my order gave me 2 half full and lumpy fried and have my burger missing. I asked the manager for replacement and acted like it is my fault that they messed up my order. I don't recommend this location to anyone at all. Don't ever try to come here. read more

Been coming here for many years. Always a bad experience. I understand all McDonald's are trashy but this one means it! I ordered 3 meals and only got 2. Was never given a receipt but still paid $22. No 2 meals cost $22. I gave up and paid for the meal again. Have had enough of it. Lacks basic courtesy and essential customer service respect. No longer a place where I will be buying my food on the go. read more

This particular McDonald's in our small town is the best one to go. It's fast, convenient, easy, cheap, and everybody's satisfied in the family. We usually go through drive-thru and they're pretty fast. The lanes are usually two or three cars along but they do keep things moving your food is always hot read more

Currently at 16 minutes in the drive thru lane. There was one car between me and the order box when I got in line. This is unacceptable.

I'm not someone that writes a bad review but the service was so bad at this McDonald's today that I felt compelled to. I walked into the restaurant to place and pick up my order because there was 4 cars in the drive through and only one customer inside at the counter. It took what felt like 15 minutes but was probably only 10 minutes to get 2 pies and a large Ice Tea. I was told they were making the pies so I didn't mind waiting because I would be getting a fresh ones. But that wasn't the case, after driving away I took one of the pies out of the box and it was room temperature so I went back to McDonald's to let them know that the pie were not warm. The manager told me that they were cold because of the oversized box they had put them in. I would have accepted this if I hadn't already waited 10 minutes for hot fresh pies. Fortunately there are 2 McDonald's in Logansport so that the next time I'm in a hurry and am craving their tea and pies I'll go to west side. read more
