Best Big Mac ever perfect amount of Mac sauce, asked for light ice actually got it asked for no onions and came exactly how I ordered it. Fries also perfect! I know this isn't typically a thing but today it was and I want to recognize that lol read more

Stopped by for an ice cream cone with my wife and was expected to pay 7.37 for two cones!!! In what world is $3+ for a cone okay??? This is the exact definition of price gouging, there is no way in heck this is reasonable, I will not be returning there until hell freezes over read more

This store is very clean and organized. The young man who took my order was friendly and helpful. The food was good. I ordered a big mac meal, wife ordered the 2 cheeseburger meal. My only negative is the french fries were not very hot when we got them. Honestly, I think every one who orders french fries would prefer them to be hot when initially served. I love McDonalds fries. But not when they lose their temperature. Other than that, no complaints. read more

We went here two days in a row and on both of those days it was the best McDonalds we've ever been to. Service was great and they were quick to give us our food. I will keep this McDonald's close to my heart. read more

I just had the absolute worst experience at this McDonald's ! my card declined so I added money and girl took my phone and came said it turned off so I gave her my password and she took it back . the whole time the manager I believe Mexican lady rude as ever kept asking did it go through and the girl says no so she says it's not approved it won't go through go back around . I asked please take it back and try it again obvious the girl didn't know how to tap my phone amd they would not take it back she just wanted me out of the drive through so me or my baby don't get our food because of those dumb incompetent ass workers the dumbass manager should of took back and tried it again to make sure but no She was rude and told me to go around or come inside I said no I have a little baby . She don't even try to accommodate me she was just rushing us out of there! I will never go back and I will make sure all my friends and family never go there ! I like this business but they get their order incorrect and add extra stuff to your order that you didn't order.

HEALTH HAZARD!!! Attaching receipt for date/time. Watched one of the female workers drop some cups on the ground and pick them up and place them on the ice cream machine. A minute later either her or one of the other female workers put them back into the cup dispenser. That is a serious health violation that could get someone sick unknowingly. All workers should be required to wear gloves and change them in between register/food. The gloves are meant to protect the workers, they're meant to protect the consumers. The girl getting a cone wasn't wearing gloves. When it comes to health and safety, don't be stingy. McDonald's can afford to replace those 5 cups that were dropped and however many gloves you need to minimize contamination. Also McDonald's shouldn't put their cones in a dispenser, they break so easily so this is a really dumb addition. read more

Probably the worst McDonald's in the USA. Staying in the area temporarily for work. I've been here twice. The first time the staff was rude and food was cold. Tried again tonight and this is what I got. It was COLD, fries half empty, manger not surprised at all when he seen it. Not apologetic and almost seemed normal. Check reviews they are true! read more

Worst Customer Service ever by the store manager I'm not coming back no more. I wish I would have the option of posting this review with no star but it wasn't possible read more

Do not go here! The worst mcdonalds on planet earth! So rude, won't take your order correctly than are rude to you if you say something. They don't read tags so if you customize anything or have a dietary restriction beware! They will not make it how you order it or even ring it up right half the time. The manager Anna does not discipline her staff when you call and inform her of the terrible customer service and quality. I'm not even joking when I say they mess up every single time I go. It is literally awful. The food will not be hot or fresh either. Expect soggy fries, bad attitudes, being charged incorrectly, and dealing with unfriendly, unhelpful lazy individuals. Wow their corporate offices should be ashamed for the way they neglect to see all the complaints and make changes. Shame on this location and everyone who is employed theres work ethic. I miss the days when people took pride in what they did even if its making food. So disappointing and frustrating. read more

I'm gonna say it once and once only. Do your self a favor and get a double quarter pounder with cheese with a large fry to send chills down your taste buds. You're looking at around 8 bucks but that sprinkle in your eye is priceless. Mickie D's just upgraded there quarter pounder to "fresh and ready to order" and boy can you taste the difference. WORST PLACE EVER!!! Do not go!!! They handed my order to someone else and the lady was kind enough to tell me that they touched the food, ate some fries and then the employee gave the same food to me!!! The manager Jessica is a complete imbecile and said it was a mistake! How can y'all give someone's used food to someone else ?? Especially with Covid going on dude. Worst place to go to. read more

I love McDonald's fries, but for some reason whenever I get fries from this location, they have a bitter taste, it's almost like they either fry them too much or they fry the leftovers again. It has happened multiple times and I have even gone back and they gave me the same thing. Not sure what's going on but it's very frustrating. read more

I ordered 2 drinks. 1 medium Caramel Macchiato.. and 1 Medium iced coffee. I was charged for mediums and I was given a small Macchiato .

They say 3 strikes and your out. I gave them 4 and still disappointed. Drive thru always takes forever even when their not busy. Sloppy food every time, once ordered 3 breakfast sandwiches and they were all cold in the middle. They forgot my drink once. And now the icing on the cake today, ordered a grilled McWrap. When I opened the container it wasn't a wrap but everything torn and just thrown together. I couldn't eat it on the road, and the main chicken piece in it was purely fat, no meat at all. Disgusting...this Mcdonalds clearly sucks. read more

This is a pretty standard McDonalds, nothing really stands out about it except that it's especially easy on and off the freeway. I actually really like McDonalds coffee, I often stop here when driving by. The dining room is usually clean, and they generally get my order correct. read more

Sometimes after a job well done you need a snack. We ordered plain sundae and snack size Mcflurry. Who doesn't like a oreo mcflurry? Always great. The kids review the Sundae as delicious! The drive thru was light tonight and we got in and out. read more

This location is either good one day and bad another day. As I'm sure everyone is picky with their food, I ordered thru the drive-thru today. I ordered the 2 for $4 egg sausage McMuffins and subbed the regular egg for egg whites. I waited 10 minutes to get my order and on top of that, they put the wrong cheese. How hard is it to get the order right? I literally told you what I wanted and y'all still messed up.‍ read more

This location isn't the best, 2 stars for when they do get my order right, but even then it's not the best. multiple times they forget to put the sauces in the bag. once i got my fries and they were all BURNT. super hard and tasted like garbage. another time i had gone and ordered 10 piece nuggets and when i got home to eat they put a mcrib in my 10 piece box... and half the time when you go they're gonna most likely ask you to park and wait for your food for like 10 minutes. read more

Only one star because the food is okay when you're wanting something fast. Customer service is the worst! It's almost a qualification to be rude with no personality to work there. And about 8/10 times they will get your order wrong. Being a Livingston local after many unsatisfied trips to this McDonald's I'll drive the extra 10-15 mins if I'm really craving McDonald's. read more
