After waiting at another restaurant for over an hour for food that never came, we ran into this McDonald's to grab something quick before a show at the Grand. We were able to quickly place an order at the counter, and our food came out hot and fresh, and even with plenty of ketchup! (If you've ever received just three packets for your big fries, I know you understand how happy this made me.). Thanks, McDonald's, for coming through in a pinch when we were in hurry. We appreciated good timely service and hot food. read more

Daughter was waiting at a table for her ice cream while a male worker shows her the middle finger from the kitchen. Let me tell you she's 11. Inappropriate read more

McDonald's: One star for consistently reminding me that even my lowest cooking days are better than a sad, floppy drive-thru experience. If cardboard had a flavor, it would be an improvement. Sorry, Ronald, but one star is being generous. read more

Absolutely horrible customer service. Employee and manager was completely useless at helping me. I wanted to order my food and pay with cash. I was ignored by an employee so I asked the manager when I saw her if I could order my food. She said I had to use the kiosk. I said I am paying with cash, does the kiosk accept cash. She said no. I said okay, can I order on the regular register. She said no, you have to use the kiosk. I asked her how will I pay. She said "I Don't Know". I ended up just walking out. read more

Food is always wrong, cold or missing from order, the service is ok as long as they are in a good mood. As far as the setting the inside never seems very inviting and the drive-thru is usually rude even when they aren't busy. read more

It is hard to write a review when you just order fries and a coke. We ordered with our app and the ordering and speed of drive through was great. Our fries were hot but also my coke was hot. I always order my coke with no ice and my drink at other McDonalds is always cold. read more

Fries were hot but they were out of sprite and the Diet Coke no ice was hot. McDonald's is supposed to serve pop cold. Otherwise a busy but fast drive through read more

3 minutes in drive thru yesterday was 10 minutes still unacceptable as always bad bad place

Last time I was here there was a big long hair wrapped around my burger and was missing half my order. Gross

Ordered a chicken sandwich and got a piece of meat and a bun only. No condiments at all. Went back to the counter and was told they only come with 2 pickles, really? no mayo or sauce or lettuce? so she gave me 2 pickles and a pack of mayo. Back at my table I discovered I had no napkins, so back to the counter, waiting my turn for a basic napkin. Apparently they aren't available to the paying customers any more. All the while the staff were yelling and griping at each other. I stopped in the restroom on the way out and found the toilet paper out of the canister, laying on top of a filthy trash can. McDonalds is doing everything they can to loose my business. read more

The McDonalds in Lancaster, Kentucky is off my "go to" list of places. This particular McDonalds started down hill last year. They were closed for several weeks "upgrading" the store... but, that I could understand. However, following this time frame the place has gone from pleasant workers to grumpy ones that fuss and grumble without fail. I went one time to get breakfast and found, although the place was open... the inside was closed... the lines in the drive-through were so long they were out onto the main road! No breakfast. Today I went to get a sandwich and shake... I walked past a typed sign saying you had to order at the "kiosk". Although there were too many people to count working inside... I waited to order at the counter. Finally someone *looked* at me and I asked if they no longer take orders in person? "No." I asked if they would not be taking orders "in person". "No." I left and will no longer go back there... not through the drive through, or at a cottin' Kiosk. There... good job.. this is how you lose customers! No stars for your store. HAD TO GIVE IT ONE STAR SO THIS WOULD POST!!! read more

Absolutely disgusted!! We ordered 3 double quarter pounders. When we open the box they had grease and blood pouring out of them. My husband took them back to the counter, and the manager apologized , refunded us the money and told us they would cook us some more. She did have a discussion with the cook, and they cooked us 3 more, but they where also raw. We just got up and walked out. read more

The one in Lancaster is always messing up my food or drinks taste funny I would rather drive to Stanford or any where than go there

Just stopped at Lancaster McDonalds drive thru. Pulled up waited. Finally someone takes my order, right in the middle of placing my order she interrupts my asking if I want to make it a meal. Well my response was that I had said nothing about making it a meal. I really hate it when they interrupt you while you're telling them what you want. Her next response was that if I was going to be rude then she didn't have to take my order. So I left. I will never, I mean never stop at this place again. I don't care if they close the doors on this restaurant. When a customer is ordering, have the curtesy to allow them to finish their order. read more

This is an alright place to eat, as long as you don't go during the late shift cause their trying to go home.

This is the worst McDonald's I've ever been to the staff is rude and the restaurant is messy!! The food is nasty the restaurant is eat up with roaches! How in the world is this place still open? Who owns his restaurant? Does the owner even live close by? Surely ownership has no idea just how rude and nasty this place really is. I would not, could not EVER recommend this place to eat!! DONT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY!!! read more
