The pictures they had provided to us as supposed proof of the accident, were of an ice cream truck and not the food truck we had even booked. Never again.

Here is what happened next: July 27th: - 9:25pm: They ignored my phone call, and NEVER called back. I left a voicemail. - 9:33pm: Another ignored communication, this time an email. July 28th: - David Legault deleted my facebook comments AND blocked me from being able to comment on his page. - David Legault alleged that he and his team simply got the wrong date (which had been confirmed only 11 days prior!), and that the refund was coming. No date was given for this. July 28th, 29th, 30th: - I email David Legault demanding clarifications and timeline of the refund. No response until: July 30th: - I receive an email stating that the refund will be in my paypal account August 7th. -THE REFUND WAS PARTIAL: $2600 instead of $2650.46. - I informed David Legault of this, and NEVER RECEIVED A RESPONSE. I emailed David Legault July 30th, August 1st, August 2nd, August 3rd, August 4th, August 5th and August 6th. STILL NO RESPONSE. Today is August 7th, AND THE REFUND IS NOT IN MY ACCOUNT. We called him this morning, and were given the same runaround answers and NO APOLOGY for his lack of communication. Today we learned that he also SKIPPED OUT ON A SECOND WEDDING reservation for August 3rd. Throughout this process, David Legault and D-Burger Mobile Pincourt have NOT been transparent, have NOT answered communications, and have NOT demonstrated sufficient good faith for  me to have any confidence in them as a business. The refund has now been received (aug. 7 at 12:06pm).

It was hard to stop, the combination of the cheese curds, hot dogs, gravy, and fries was perfection. I said I would've taken a bucket to go. We then decided that we would go "lighter" on dinner since the burgers and everything looked hefty. I had the mac'olos, bacon and round corn snacks on top with the breadcrumbs. My bro had the Mac Philly, which was basically a cheesesteak on bow tie pasta. In November they swap out macaroni for bow tie and it was a great result. Cheesy, flavorful, great cook on the pasta. My husband had the Goldorak burger with mozzarella cheese, pepperoni, merguez sausage, spiced ground beef, tomato sauce, fried onions with a side of delicious fries and coleslaw, and an American IPA which he thought was delightful. I had a pineapple & rhum based cocktail called the Dead Kennedy's, which ranks in some of the best cocktails I've ever had, and the crispy bacon & cheddar grilled cheese with a side of fries, tomato soup and garlic mayo. All around very generous portions and cooked to perfection, so much so that we didn't even fancy a dessert. However, there were several mishaps about the service that definitely marred our experience. Our food arrived before our drinks, and only after a thirty-five minute wait during which I was told the initial cocktail I wanted was no longer available. I had to wait an extra ten minutes to order my alternative choice. And when the time came to ask for the bill, they took fifteen minutes to bring us the check and then an extra ten minutes to bring the credit card machine. While they did apologize for the lateness of the drinks, they never apologized for the overall disjointed service experience and we were left rather disappointed. I do hope on our next visit that the service will match the excellent food, and hopefully my initial assertion of La Belle et La Boeuf can be improved. Definitely swing by for the food and drinks but make sure you have ample time for lunch or dinner.

As usual I placed our order which is always the same, so much so the staff knows my order by heart. * 2 all dressed cheese dogs with extra onion and a small fry for myself * 1 all dressed cheese dog with extra onion and a cola for my roommate. We received our hotdogs with only cheese and onions. So I got out of the car and brought it back to the window to have the order redone. She asked me if I wanted to keep the order anyway, and I replied no please remake it. She hands me back 3 Hotdogs, 5 mins later with no fries. I gave my roommate his order as it was correct and put mine in the garbage. Being upset now I went inside to re-order and even take the loss of 15$ for 2 dogs and a fry. She then asks me why I put it in the garbage and began complaining instead of taking my order. I told her you made 2 errors, NOT 1, But 2!! I even come back in to pay again because you can't get a simple hotdog order correct. She told me she would have made the fries and acknowledged she had made ANOTHER mistake. I replied so I'm supposed to wait and let my hotdogs get cold while you fix yet ANOTHER error?? She then shrugs and says she can't do nothing. Being so disgusted I just left.
