I had a burger combo with fries and when it came to the table it was piping hot, which was a good thing. The service was excellent and brisk, as I only had to wait for about five minutes for my meal (exactly as long as the made-to-order fries cooked). Although some of the reviews say that this is way better than Five Guys, I'd have to say that it is close to that, but the top-top burger places like Five Guys, Fatburger and of course In-N-Out Burger are better. However the price point of this place is much better so I think it is a better overall value. The only things that I would change is that the meal combo would come with a bigger drink, since the 0.2L is small. Also, these guys don't serve Fritz-cola and not Coke or Pepsi, but that was a great experience too. At the restaurant, we had to wait a little for the order. It is run by two guys who seem calm, clean and competent. At some point it got pretty crowded and I think because of that our potatoes suffered and got to us a little bit on the lukewarm side. Still good, but noteworthy. At my delivery at home, all was perfect. Had the Burger Berlin spezial and country potatoes. Would recommend those over regular fries. The price is OK for what you get. A standard cheeseburger cost approx. 4 EUR and is a standard size. Tastes fresh and juicy. The burgers are prepared quickly and there are plenty of tables to sit inside and outside. Since I live in Charlottenburg, I will be checking into this place at least once a month and it will not break my bank either (maybe my buttons on my pants). :)
