Started not to stop here based on the reviews but, there is not much to choose from in this town so we went in anyway. Bad decision for sure. We ordered off the special menu. A $1cheese burger, a $1McChicken and a $3 Chicken. The burger and the McChicken were dry and tasteless. The worst was the $3 Chicken. After 3 bites my wife found under the thick breading a tough skin that looked undercooked. We asked for water and the girl behind the counter gave us glasses of what looked like water but, when we tasted it, it was soda water. Yuk! Food tastes like McDonald's food which obviously isn't the best so this review isn't about the food , we live thirty minutes away from McDonald's but I had a strong craving for an apple pie from there so we drove out . I asked for an apple pie and the girl at the drive through said they didn't have any at the moment . We went to the next window after paying because I felt like she wasn't being truthful ( why would you even lie about something so dumb anyway ) so the guy at the next window said they did so I asked if I could order one he said I'd have to get back in line . I went to the high school down the road from this place, and I attended elementary and middle school in this town as well. This McDonald's is awful. One time, I went in, ordered food, and sat down to eat at about 3:35 PM. I hadn't even started to eat my Quarter Pounder before I heard someone yelling at me through my earbuds. I looked up to see what I assumed was the manager yelling at me to leave. I asked why, and she said the middle schoolers were coming so all the teenagers needed to clear out. Who on this Earth kicks a paying customer out of the restaurant? I told her I had just sat down to eat, and she kept saying to leave because of the middle schoolers or whatnot. Let me eat my burger in peace, woman. I already feel like garbage for ordering trash burger and eating it ALONE on a Wednesday afternoon without some middle-aged woman screaming my ears off. No self-respecting human being eats alone at a McDonald's in high school, and I knew that. That just made me feel bad, man. I couldn't drive at the time, so I finished my fries on the sidewalk outside as a crowd of preteens stormed into the store. Never have I felt closer to rock-bottom than when I ate a cheeseburger on a dirty sidewalk while a bunch of 12-year-olds stared at me in pity. Why do you have to be like that, Immokalee McDonald's? It looks great since the remodeling,everything is fresh and new. I'm assuming that goes for the employees as well. It was pretty busy on Sunday at 4pm, the drive through was crazy long so we went inside to order. There was a line inside as well, so we ordered on the kiosk. The food came out in an appropriate amount of time, but no drinks. We asked the employee who gave us the food and she looked at is and pointed at the employee at the register. We waited for about 3 minutes or so for him to finish taking care of the people he had in line. The soda machine had a plastic barrier around it that read Employees Only... So let me explain... He has to take care of people in line and then come out from behind the counter to make everyone's drinks! What sense does that make?? Why doesn't the one packing the food get the drinks from the drive through area? They need to get it together.. read more

When we first came in the staff seemed pretty courteous, up until they got an order wrong. You'd think they would just handle it calmly and respectfully but once they were confronted with the mistake they lashed back with attitude. Saying that we ordered it incorrectly and proceeded to argue about it instead of just fixing the mistake. The manager didn't step in to address the problem and it took a few minutes to just get the right order. The food was fine but the costumer service could use some work. read more

The service here sucks I was waiting for my order for 45 min I ordered at 10:40 and didn't get my food till 11:10 and the only reason I got my food is because I got off to ask for my food they didn't even apologize or give me a refund for the wait. This place should have a visit from the Corporate office, food is absolutely horrible it's like the cooks are just microwaving everything in the back. Poor management can't even keep the guest in line, unsupervised teenagers throwing tables and food at each other while families eat, and leadership doesn't have the guts to call the cops. They get your orders wrong, when you tell them they're wrong they look at you like you're stupid. Their ice cream machine always not working even though I love their ice cream. The staff always look like they hate everything. The way they cook is so inconsistent like one day you'll get a good cooked meal and then next is undercooked, old, or just sloppily done. Never have I been to a McDonald's so disgusting. The floors are wet, dirty and sticky. So much trash on the floor. The tables and seats are dirty with trash and a sticky substance. The staff is rude and the words please, thank you and you're welcome are not in their vocabulary. The trash bins are overflowing and no one to empty them.
