I woke up very early in the morning hoping to get mckyds but in stead I was just served disappointment. They staff was very nice but very forgetful. They didn't add a nife or fork for my pancakes and the sweet tea was extremely gross. I am now forced to eat with my hands. In the good note the server looked live zendeya. My little girls are alway disappointed with this location. I alway order a happy meal and I always get the exactly the same toy. what the point of collecting them when I get the same toy. I'm amazed the manager of this location still has a job. They've gotten our order wrong probably half a dozen times in the past, but today it was remarkably bad. After being told to pull to the front and waiting 20 minutes for a small $21 order, we walked in to check on it and they said they gave it to someone else. Yeah. No big deal. So we wait another 5-10 minutes and they give us our order with two burgers missing. We tell them and wait another 5-10 minutes for the replacements. They hand us a bag, and SURE ENOUGH, we get home and realize one of the burgers is STILL MISSING. Just wow, pathetic. Wish it was worth it to drive back and complain or get a refund, but complaining about it here on Yelp at least gives me hope that someone will potentially go across the street to Whataburger or Jack in the Box instead of this place after reading. read more

Honestly one of the worst experience at a McDonalds i've really had. I don't eat pork or beef and when i saw they do the McPlant i decided to try it out. I also ordered nuggets in case i didn't like the burger and if i did it was going to be a snack for the drive home. one of the employees comes out and says "i don't mean to be rude but we don't have the plant burger" and tried to see if i wanted a regular burger i get it if y'all truly don't have them but i know most places are just lazy and don't wanna take the time to make something different. i told him i can't have a regular burger, i'll get sick. he goes to the back without saying anything and i guess they magically appeared for them and brought it out about 10 minutes later w the rest of my food. they gave me the worst attitude and the sauces i ordered i never got and we received more attitude when we simply asked for more sauces. and then charged 50 cents when i asked for one additional sauce. ridiculous. read more

I reapeatedly stated that I wanted a small sugar free french vanilla coffee literally 5 times to the inside cashier and was charged for a medium when I asked why it wasn't a small the supervisor basically told me. I should be happy because it was more drink than a small.... But I wasn't charged for what I specifically and repeatedly asked for and not just accidentally given an upgraded I didn't want a medium nor did I want to pay for a medium. This is poor understanding of a customers request and training needs to be done for the inside cashiers to properly charge their patrons and consider that people are taking into account calorie content, other nutritional information as well as the price when ordering their food regardless of the establishment. read more

The phone number listed on web site & emailed receipt [for food I did not receive] was only answered by machine & voice mail messages left over 4 days never responded by store. I wend to McDonalds so I could get out of the heat for 30 minutes or so and grab a bite to eat.. The temp has been mid 90's the last two weeks. I'm not a big fan of McDonalds but What a Burger had a party of obese women in front of me that took an outrageous amount of time to order one of everything on the menus. If that wasn't bad enough when it was finally my turn, the largest one in the heard, that hadn't made it out of line and waddle over to the coke machine turned around and start requesting. More assistance. So I bailed and went to the worst McDonalds I have ever had. Out of the frying pan into the fire. I should have stayed at whataburger. I arrived at McDonalds again really looking forward to 30 minutes of cool air and a cold coke. I never look forward to their food but against my better judgement I ordered. After paying for my order I asked for my cup so I could get my refreshing coke and take a seat in the cool air. Thinking the cool air and cold coke was a certain at this point. Coke iis one of the only things McDonalds usually does right. That's when the guy Informed me the just because people were sitting in the dinning area didn't mean it was open and that it was closed to the public. The people in their were not public. It is becoming more common that black lives don't have the same rules as me a privileged white guy. .Funny how I experience this more times then not. The hates can hate on a white guy without question. It's getting rather old if you ask me. I know for a fact I don't get any privileges because I'm white than all the other races. I never owned a slave. My Grandfather was Lincoln's right hand man and helped free the slaves. But I'm not asking for a cookie or any special "privileges"". But it sure seems that the flood gates are open when it comes to thrashing a white guy. And this goes for everybody. Even white women have a free pass to bash white men. God forbid you stand up for yourself. Anyway back to my story. Bottom line is I was not allowed to sit down. To ad insult to injury, they forced me to wear a mask like we're in China or something. I realize the fake news and social media platforms are pushing the fear out to everyone. So I complied. Again I ordered a quarter pounder with cheese mustard only, small fries and a large coke. They took forever to make the coke then set it on the counter and didn't give it to me knowing I had requested my drink. They took an unusually long time but I figured they were making the burger fresh. I got my order and went back out in the heat to eat my lunch. I took one drink of the liquid they served me as a coke. I have no clue what was in that cup but it wasn't any soda I have ever tasted. I took one more sip to make sure it wasn't just me. And nope it tasted like mop bucket water. I then drove to a shaded area to eat my door. The burger tasted like it was made yesterday, stored in a truck over night and mildly reheated before serving it to me. The fries were cold and half cooked. And it cost me $8. Worst $8 I have spent in a long time. Avoid eating at this dump. The food sucks and the service does as well. read more

I go here everyday, either to eat lunch or dinner. The place is amazing. Everything is clean and the food is hot and fresh. The employees are friendly and comprehensive, they will give you options if you don't know what to order. My orders are always done within 5 minutes and i am always happy with it.
