I waited at the register for about 5 minutes to make my order... nobody came so I used the kiosk and then waited another 10 minutes until I asked somebody to please ring up my order (Savannah) she rings me up then tells me you got a frappe I said yes she said I'll get to your order when I can... I said what does that mean? She replied it means... and said nothing just walked away... I'm now about 25 minutes into waiting for to 3$ bundles and a frappe... as I'm waiting I'm watching the burger guy... skinny man with his mouth hung wide open playing with his mouth with his gloves on... as Savannah places her hands with no gloves on on top of her head and then puts somebody's food together. I then watch the skinny man dig in his nose the little girl on the shift asks me if I got to order I told her yes and she asked me what the other girl told me I told her she said she doesn't know when she will get to my food Savannah walks up behind us and says what did I say I told her and then I asked her her name and told her she doesn't need to explain to me why she said it. Savannah then walks off pissed and goes in the back comes back out by the fryer and says she can fuck off... go the fuck head... I laughed because who employees these kids?! So it has come to this, Yelping about a bad McDonald's experience. Sigh.... Normally, if I have a truly terrible experience, I bring it to the manager's attention. This, however, is an interstate Mcdonalds and I was in the middle of a 1,000 miles in one day journey. As a previous yelp-er mentioned, they flat-out refuse to take your order here. It is touch screen only. Yet they have a counter with registers and people behind the counter. What for, decoration?? Once I placed my order, it took forever, despite the fact that there wasn't anyone in front of me in line. We get our food, hit the interstate, and I open up what was the worst Egg McMuffin I have ever tasted. It was burnt to an absolute crisp. The fries were also stale and so was the chicken. I was so mad, I put in a complaint to corporate via the McDonald's website. I got one standard e-mail from corporate saying that they will look into it, and one e-mail from the district manager saying that they will retrain. That's it, no effort to make it right. This McDonald's is the prime example why we SHOULD NOT pay fast food employees $15 per hour. The manager should make minimum wage as well, as poorly as this restaurant is managed. My order was placed, it was paid for at 9:35 pm. I was asked to pull up to the 3rd window they installed at the end of the building. At 10:15 I circled around the building and passed thru the drive thru I was waiting on a Carmel Frappe and a 10 piece chicken nugget. I told the manger I wanted my order remade. She gave me the chicken nuggets and one new fry. Nothing else. Still no FRAPPE, all of my other items had sat for now almost 50 minutes cold. She's absolutely in the wrong profession. The worst service ever!!! I'm usually really patient with fast food workers because I know it can be hard sometimes. But this place NEEDS the review. When we first got to the store they were like 5 employees sitting on their phone and talking to one another while we were trying to order. None of them offered help (they weren't clocked out because when the manager came out all of them tried to hide, and the manager told them that she was taking 30 minutes off of everyone that was sitting down) , until one of the 2 employees that were actually doing something came to help us. We were waiting there for about 20 minutes and the food wasn't coming out. I went to register and asked to cancel my order and only then they gave us our food. When we came out of the store an employee that was sitting outside on her phone since we had gotten there was screaming at what appears to be the manager. In my 34 years of life, I have eaten at many a McDonalds all across the sweet soil of the United States. It was on July 7, 2019 the day of our lord that I experienced the WORST service imaginable at any McDonalds eatery. Let me attempt to recount the failures of today's visit. 1. Not a soul behind the front counter, all wandering customers were herded to the Touch Screen Kiosks. 2. Kiosk was working and in cleanly order, the only aspect of this visit that performed as expected. 3. Took a number and walked to the dining area. I notice the tables scattered with other numbers with no one sitting at them. Left abandoned by customers of old, I wonder if they were ever served. 4. I wait for my 2 person order to be fulfilled, patiently; 15 minutes go by. I move towards the unmanned front counter to locate my sustenance. I join another dozen customers standing by in various stages of vexation. 5. One employee happens to peek her head around the corner, and quickly retreats. I see in the back 3 employees huddled around the fryer chatting, their hands looking idle. Finally numbers start being called, and I get my food from the counter. I guess the number I got from the kiosk meant nothing. 6. First thing I notice, they didn't hand me the 2 drinks on the order. I have to stand there an additional 5 minutes for someone to emerge and hand me the drinks. 7. Take the food back to my table and begin to unbag the feast my wife and I were to enjoy. There is no sweet and sour sauce for the nuggets. I return to the food purgatory that is the lobby. Wait another few minutes for an employee to timidly surface. They tell me there is no sweet & sour sauce. They give me Ranch as a consolation. 8. There is no ketchup dispenser near the soda dispenser, I am forced to beg these absent employees for packets. The first woman tells me they DON'T HAVE KETCHUP! The second one we flag down gives us a fist full of packets. 9. I open my Big Mac carton to find one of the meat patties is curled and not centered on the bun. The cheese has similarly missed the mark & is uncentered. It would appear this sandwich was made hastily & recklessly. What was supposed to be a quick stop at a McDonalds was an hour long affair. I was delayed in my journey home & my time was usurped. The service was non existent, the employees were cowering in the back, making strong attempts to avoid customer interactions. Beware to any who travel here. Heed my warnings, choose any other location to dine. read more

I'd give this place 0 stars if I could yo... on June 30th at 9:30 pm I went for food after the firework show. I sat in that line for about 35 minutes before they took my order. The only reason I got my order taken was because the 6 cars in front of me were fed up and left without their order taken. Soo, stopped for an order of fries, simple, right? Wrong. I was told to pullover to the waiting parking slot. There was another car waiting beside mine. We waited and waited in the sun while other cars went right through. Every once in a while, one of the employees would stick their head out and look to see if we were still there. I think they wanted us to just drive off. The guy beside me finally went in and I drove around again, waiting in line. Teach these teenagers that this may be a joke to them but some McDonald's are always packed because of SERVICE. They smile, have fun and are learning a valuable lesson about life. read more

Terrible food even for McDonald's there was trash and food all over the floor multiple employees walked right by trash piles and filthy tables. Fires were all burnt. The smoke house burger had no barbecue sauce instead an offensive amount of mustard. No napkins of ketchup out when you asked the employees they appeared annoyed.
