Nice if McDees hires the mentally challenged but no excuse to have in total morons in one place. Woman taking my order refused to honor my Mcdonald's FG number. Basically said " well tough". She also looked dirty and had the temperament of a rabid ferret with hemorrhoids. Four employees visible in back playing grab ass. Left with my chicken sandwich. Honestly, the fries I had were fine but the McDouble, the patties are almost hard and chewy and you can tell this has been sitting and losing moisture for a while in their warmer. I'm disappointed to say the least. my other thing was how messy the lobby was, trash was underneath tables still, the table i sat at still had some sauce and salt on it. and i noticed the guy up front on the register told some other customers they had to order through the kiosk system instead of through him but ended up taking someone else's order not long after. inconsistent and i don't believe he apologized to the previous couple either. not great. read more

Worst McDonalds experience and restaurant in the entire god forsaken world. I mean how long does it take to fry fries, give me a uniform and hat. I saw the workers outside slaughtering a chicken. No working drink machines, have of the registers are out, and still waiting on our food. Also most ghetto McDonalds I have ever been to. We were there at about 6:15 am and did not get any help at the counter. Drive thru was going but not the counter. Several people waiting in line, so I walked back into the kitchen to see if the counter was open for business and a woman didn't even look at me and said, just a minute. We all waited for a few more minutes with no help or recognition. All six customers walked away, some went to Subway, some left. According to the regulars, this is normal. The food was good, the chicken nugget sauces were missing. It appeared when ordered the clerk paused, not including them on order. I was asked if this was "to go or eat in" I said eat in, but I got my order in 2 paper bags, & I had ordered 2 cups of coffee. How was I gonna carry 4 items to table? I asked for tray, gal gave me a tray but seemed a bit "put out", Strange!!! The person who took our order seemed unfamiliar with the "special" that we wanted. No ketchup in the condiment area. The worst part was the ladies restroom, 3 toilets & only 1 presentable/working toilet. The handicapped toilet had a huge black stool smeared on front of toilet, the door was open for everyone to see as soon as entering bathroom. So FILTHY DISGUSTING!! Seriously the worst experience I've had at this mcdonalds today. I went through the drive thru and ordered a simple McDouble with a small fry, had to tell the lady twice what I wanted after waiting 5 minutes for her to take my order in the first place (I was the only waiting) then I pull up to the window and the lady just looks at me. She's like "uh, I don't have an order for you. Is there something you need?" I tell her my order, after 10 minutes of yelling to someone up front about my order she takes my card and sends me on my way. Not even apologizing or anything. Then I get to the second window, and the girl opens the thing and just hangs out of it. "Oh your order isn't ready, I'm just tired of being in there." So I'm sitting her awkwardly while some girl is hanging out the drive thru window chatting with someone inside. Another 10 minutes later I get my food, no apology still and my fries aren't cooked all the way and my sandwich is cold. That's what I get for going to mcdonalds in the first place I guess, stupid pregnancy cravings. read more

I work nights and this occurs multiple times. This is one of the only places open when I get off work besides QuikTrip food and you can only eat that so many times before you need change.Every time my husband and I go the assistant manager or manager of nights always messes up our order, never repeats it back to us, and the screen is broken. She gives us dirty looks like we are an inconvenience to her, then after giving us our wrong order proceeds to go on a 5 minute rant about how mad she is about her job so by the time we get home our food is cold. Every time we have her as a server we are worried she will spit in our food just because we came. We have been served cold fries several occasions. All the good old workers that worked there I think moved to the new one farther down the highway at the Loves gas station. There is one good worker there a younger lady with tattoos. She is always very good to us and kind, she socializes without holding us up. She repeats our order back to us both at the ordering station and at the window. She has never messed up our order or served us cold food. She provides us with good service. read more

I hate it when you walk up to the counter and the person that is supposed to take your order just stands there. I waited for him to acknowledge me but he never did. My husband and I were driving from MN to Springfield, MO and we decided, foolishly, to stop here. The bathrooms were utterly nasty, with flies all over everything including the toilet seats. Ok, its the south. I get it...there are flies freaking everywhere. But the massive amount of them was so disturbing. The bathroom door handle was busted. The water spout to wash my hands sprayed everywhere all over my shirt when I turned it on. This place should be condemned. So then we get out in the actual restaurant...my husband had ordered our food and I came out and said "really? You want to eat here?" People were sitting around with flies buzzing around them, the same flies that had just consumed toilet germs, and were landing on tables and people's food. It was sick. So we went to our car and ate. The surrounding area looked kind of ghetto to me too. The food was not horrible, but not good either. Skip this place or you'll be sorry. Just sick. read more
