I was gonna give a five star but I ordered my drinks with no ice and they came with ice. That takes up half of the drink and that's not what I ordered. The service was fast at the ordering point. The food I ordered was two 4 piece nugget kids meals. Well, that should not take that long. There was also no communication about what you're supposed to do. I pulled up to the third window because the car in front of me left, but it doesn't seem like a window that does anything. The incompetence here. Kiosk wouldn't work so we had to order from an employee who apparently who said she would bring to the table. After waiting twenty minutes we go to the counter and they'd given our order to someone in the drive in. So now we are waiting on a new order which I'm sure will get screwed up. Couldn't get a coffee because their cooler is broken. I don't know how that relates to hot coffee but ok. Going on thirty minutes now still waiting on our food. There is one family in the dining room and the drive through is now empty. This is just unreal! It's just my husband and I, so not a large order! And of course we just got our food and it is wrong!!! Rude staff, online says open until midnight. At 9pm they locked the door behind us. Staff were talking loudly complaining we were there. People in the parking lot said they paid for food, and the doors were locked so unable to get what they paid for. read more

Asshole wouldn't let me in the building to pee. Their excuse was that they were under staffed but I saw 10 people sitting around and all I needed was to take a leak. Then this 10 year old looking kid walked out and said "sorry, you gotta go". I decided to order fry's and I only got half the Fry's and they were cold and dirty. Usually my experiences here are decent, they're usually pretty quick & polite, unfortunately this time is not the case. When I entered the store, the employee was quick to the register and to take my order, that went smoothly and as expected. My issue is getting my food. The girl looked about 16 years old, so definitely a younger employee. I noticed it was mostly high school kids working this time, it was also about 9 pm. Well, obviously at this store you can see them bag your food, the girl has bagged the happy meal and burger, she was even holding them including the milkshake I ordered in her hands, yet I waited 15 minutes to even get the food from her. Why? Oh, that's because her and another employee were having a conversation, the employee was a line cook, she had her phone out and was speaking to the girl with my food and scrolling through something on her phone. I had to wait until they had finished their conversation until I could get my food. That's not right at all. It takes .2 seconds to hand someone their food, they could have finished their conversation AFTER they completed the task at hand with a customer. I should mention, I was the ONLY customer present, no drive thru orders, either. Do, they weren't busy and it definitely wasn't anything about food. I could hear a bit of the conversation, they were talking about the front counter girl's boyfriend and some girl who tried to fight the line cook in school- not appropriate to talk about in front of a customer anyways. I would complain to management, but it's absolutely useless to do so at this location. The managers don't care about this kind of behavior and just say "oh I'm sorry, do want a coupon?", they should be reprimanding the employees and correcting the behavior. This isn't the first time I had an issue here, but the others were quite minor. Be aware, there's a 9/10 chance they will mess your order up, so if you're allergic to anything, as I am, that you usually make sure to tell them to leave off of the food, don't even bother ordering here. They'll put it on it and tell you just to pick it off and eat it, or when you bring it in the one older lady that is the manager will give you the worst attitude & treat you disrespectfully then yell and throw a mini temper tantrum in view of everyone while remaking the item and slam the old item into the trash. When she hands the newly prepared item, she will smile and say "I hope this is to your standards and not a problem this time" condescendingly. read more

The staff was extremely rude as my friends and I were trying to eat. They kept screaming for no reason and told Us to eat in our car so that there would be less of mess for them to clean up. Slow drive through especially in the morning, I wouldn't recommend this place unless your not in a hurry. I had multiple orders go wrong for instance steak egg and cheese bagel without the steak how messed up is that its the main ingredient. I always check my order when I go to this place. This place is the reason why I check my fast food orders before leaving the parking lot everytime. This McDonald's location is probably the worst I have ever been to, ever since they rebuilt this location the actual service has been terrible if I could give it zero stars I would but I can't leave a review with no stars at all.. This one time about a week ago I sat in the drive-through, at the actual window for 15 minutes while there was a line of cars behind me, the only thing I got was a double cheeseburger and a small fry there was absolutely no reason for me to be sitting there that long and when I said something about it they gave me a coupon for an ice cream cone, while sitting in the drive-through I actually called the store and asked them what the issue was and they said they don't have any orders for the drive-through I said that's funny because I'm sitting in the drive-through right now and there is a line of people behind me honking their horn's, this place really needs to get their crap together I don't understand how this location is being ran by children. read more

Slowest fast food ever. It can literally take 25 minutes in the drive through with 6-7 cars. You could sit down at a restaurant and get your food faster. Met a friend here for a quick dinner and did not have a good experience. First, it is in the most awkward location on a weird multi-street corner. The parking lot is set out only on one side of the building making everyone have to cross the drive thru lane to get in. We placed one order for our meals (a #1 and order of nuggets and small fries) and ended up waiting 15 minutes for the darn food. Then the fries weren't even cooked fully. The staff did not seem to care about the customers at all. The tables were also so dirty it is unreal. read more

I wouldn't normally write a review for a regular ol' McDonald's but this particular location is just appalling. The tables are sticky, there are always townies loitering and most importantly this fast food isn't anywhere near fast. I've waited 10 minutes to get a burger when there was no one else in line nor a soul in the drive thru. It is clear that the employees could not care less about good service. Awful! My fiancé and I both planned to use the McDonalds app for the $1 any burger deal, mine went through fine (though I they forgot to give me a drink when I got my order ), my fiancé's app wasn't working right so we asked if they could help us figure out what was wrong. The kid we asked looked at the phone said "I dunno" and walked away. My fiancé and I assumed he was going to go get the manager to help us but he didn't. After a bit we asked the same kid if we could talk to the manager, he said he was the manager (first of all, if he was adult enough to mange something he should've remembered to wear his name tag!) anyway he continued to not offer us an help. I asked if he could just give us the discount anyway and all he would say was 'the count would be off' if he helped us. Is pissing of customers the better idea, Kid? Ughh!
