Chicken is of excellent quality, chips were not overfried or oily, every thing was well seasoned and very fairly priced. Now, in regard to the pasta salad, if Chicken Man in Kingswood and Chicken Wizard in Mt Annan somehow merged rheir pasta salads, we woukd have truly the most perfect pasta manifestation. As it stands, the pasta itself was of excellent quality, the best I have seen in a chicken shop pasta salad, however the sauce lacked a certain zing and I wish there was more of it to further enhance the pasta itself. Altogether a very wholesome experience for all involved, I would definitely recommend for an easy dinner to share with friends, especiallg as we did before a movie night.
Great variety of fresh Salads!

I don't have to wait long to be served and for the order to be filled. The cakes in the McCafe display looks great if you are looking for something sweet. The restaurant is clean and well looked after. The staff are busy cleaning the place and looking after people than chatting. There is a passing crowd off the Victoria Rd at Gladesville. There is a large parking area and I have never not found a spot. The staff are quicker at the counter than at the drive through! Yeah...I like priorities. Not a bad Mc Donald's. I think I will come back.

Personally, I always have trouble deciding & usually end up splitting multiple burgers with friends. I've been eating at Grill'd now for going on 12 years since it's fist location opened on Glenferrie Road in Melbourne. During that time I've found their burgers to be, not only delicious but also perfectly consistent & packed full of super fresh ingredients. As a result it's easy to tell that the guys here genuinely care about the product they send out to your table. Grill'd burgers are from a nutritional stand point, relatively healthy. These bad boys certainly won't leave you feeling heavy or bloated which for me, is a major win. Most of the burgers here only pack a respectable 500/600 calories. Sure, add a side of chips to that & your cranking it up a notch, but that being said it's impossible to dine here & not bask in the glory that are their herb seasoned chips. My personal favourite? A lamb burger dubbed the 'Glorious Goats Cheese' consisting of grass fed lean lamb, Meredith Dairy goats cheese, hummus & salad. This burger is big, hearty & packs a certain creaminess that I find to be the heart & soul of the burger. Other honourable mentions include the 'Simon Say's' burger, packed with a grilled chicken breast, avocado, crispy trim bacon, salad, relish & herbed mayo. All in all, I'm a proud Grill'd groupie & would certainly recommend trying one of their many branches now dotted around the country. You won't be disappointed.

Saw the advertising around Rhodes Shopping Centre for a $10 double cheeseburger for the…read morerestaurant's birthday celebration. We thought we'd give it a try. While the place is connected to Rhodes Shopping Centre you enter from the street. The place has a cool urban industrial look. It's a little out there and I like it. A row of meat grinders dividing tables. A graffiti artwork of children doing a graffiti artwork. Caged meat grinders. The tables and chairs are wooden with metal frameworks and supports. There is also outside seating. You order and pay at the counter. Each table has a number which you're supposed to remember for when you order. I guess so many people didn't know they were supposed to remember their table number so now you're given a number after ordering. So we sat at table 3 but were given number 47 to take back to the table. Whatever works. The burgers came out in good time along with our fries. The burgers are a decent size so I only ordered a small fries to share between two. I didn't think about ordering sauce and by the time we started eating I didn't care enough to go up and ask for some. Plus if I had to pay for it it would have been awkward and I didn't want to go through all that. The fries was nice and crispy on the outside and soft and fluffy on the inside. Not too fat nor too thin. Fresh and very hot. It was salted but only slightly, needed a little more to make it perfect. Sauce would have resolved this problem. But again I was being lazy. The double cheeseburgers we're pretty darn good. Meat was cooked nicely. Not too greasy. The acidity of the onion paired well with the saltiness of the melted cheese. It was an awesome burger. There was a slight problem but I don't want it to negatively taint the restaurant in any way possible. We had a great night and a great meal, but I always ask myself in the event of something not quite right happening at a restaurant "What would Gordon Ramsay do?" My burger had a strip of wax paper stuck to the bottom of the bun. If I hadn't cut my burger up I might have eaten it unwittingly. I made sure I told the chef, it wasn't to complain but just as a way for them to know so it doesn't happen again. We'd finished our meals by that point. I made sure to tell them how much I still enjoyed the burger and we left. One of the staff called us back in so he could comp us the burger. I told him that he didn't need to do that as we still had a great meal but he insisted. I thought this was extremely decent of them. Would I come back here again? Indeed, I would. The staff are very nice and the food is very enjoyable, with or without wax paper.

I can't tell you how bad my food envy was the day a workmate and I ordered our burgers - he ordered like any normal burger craving person would - normal bun, with normal filling .. I had to go all 'calorie cutting ninja' on my burger and it ruined it. The filling was great, I have no issues with the filling, but let me try and describe the bun. First and foremost, its flat - its like a pita bread but not as thin. Its slightly thicker, same diameter as a burger bun and the texture of a crumbly gluten free bread - dear lord the crumbs, I couldn't stop it. Second, the taste - what is this? Cardboard laced with honey? At least give us a neutral taste that won't compete with the otherwise delicious flavours from the filling. Ohhh seeeee now I get it, no wonder its called low carb - you flick the bun to the side to get to the good stuff .. no bread = low carb .. makes sense. I will only take the 1 star away from the review for the bun (was my bad, but they could have warned me HA). 4 stars though go to the thorough service and the obviously amazing burgers they're pumping out to a FULL restaurant !! Excellent choice for a quick take-out option for lunch .. and a much better choice than Maccas.
Yay! A Grill'd in Parramatta!…read more I always go to Grill'd when I'm in Darling Harbour, great place to drop in and have a quick, delicious lunch! The burgers always taste so fresh! They're not dripping in grease and do not contain processed foods. The menu is HUGE! I'm a bit of a traditionalist so I always go for the Simply Grill'd - which is your basic burger for $9.50, $10.50 if you want to add cheese. Sound pricey? For what you get, not really! It's massive and if you do want chips, share a regular with your friends for $4.50. They have gluten free buns as well, which I've noticed is an increasing trend in burger places. You can also opt for a panini, white or wholemeal bun. They have something for everyone! Chicken, beef, lamb, salads, vegie burgers, kids menu and a snack menu - everyone leaves happy!

I love a good burger shop. And Lashings is a GREAT burger shop…read more My favorites are the Big Cheese and the Club Veg (vegetarian burger with pesto, semi-dried tomato, capsicum, rocket, mayo). The ingredients at Lashings always taste fresh, and burgers are made-to-order. The burgers at Lashings are fairly reasonably priced considering the high quality of their food and lack of competition in the area. A burger will cost you anywhere from $7.40 (for a classic Harvey burger) to $9.90 (for the Double Decker). Add $3.80 onto the price and you've got yourself a meal. Sure, it's a little more expensive than McDonalds, but the quality and serving sizes are far superior to that of any fast-food joint. Service at Lashings is always prompt, but frantic. By Saturday afternoon, the place is packed with dozens of sore heads trying to recover from the night before. Despite this, service is still pretty fast. Not McDonald's fast, but made-to-order fast. The crew at Lashings might not be overly friendly, but they certainly are efficient.
