Went there today the guy overcharged me for the drinks. The manager was rude. None of them was friendly at all. The place was so dirty. I actually started picking up some of the trash and putting it in the trashcan because it bothered me so bad I would not recommend this McDonald's. My fries were cold. I will not go back unless it's extremely circumstances that I have to. read more

Took my food back through the window which is a health code violation and I got a mc chicken with dehydrated onions they got it wrong the first time I understand mistakes happen and went through so they could fix the error they proceeded to take the food back then the "manager" came to the window handed the food and when I asked for there store number to confirm that the receipt I received was correct she said "what is that" then points at the receipt and rudely said it's on there. So rude and disrespectful! read more

Half the menu board was down in drive thru, tried to ask about the $7 meal deal. Instead of telling me about the $7 deal I got told about other deals, its like she didnt understand what I was asking about. So then I go inside, wait for a good 3mins for someone to say something. We ask for the $7 meal deal,I actually point it out on the window this is what I want and another extra tea. She rang up I pay look at the receipt she gives me 1 drink cup..told my husband this isn't right. We ask for the manager to come up, she took our receipt looked at it threw it down, tried to explain look this isn't what I ordered or wanted. So then she gets hateful and goes well what do you need then. Well im trying to tell you I want the $7 deal which isn't what was rang up,but by this time I just wanna get my other drink and leave bc the more I tried to explain to her the order wasn't rang up correctly the more attitude she's gets. So wte give me another drink and give me something in my bag so I can just go. Then I clearly hear her in the back talking shit about me saying oh well I asked her and she said all she wanted was another drink yes thats right I did want my drink but I wanted you to understand that 2 diffrent times I tried to order something that is being advertised on your window and 2 diffrent times yall couldn't get it right. So when I hear her saying shit in the back I do yell at her yes that is what I said bc yall didnt get it right to begin with which is what I was trying to explain to you at the beginning but then the manager walked out from the back and proceeded to yell at me saying I can leave. Yeup im leaving and ill be dambed if ever spend another penny here. Get another manager who isn't a rude bitch and people who can actually listen and ring up a order correctly. Sweet tea was out in the dining room and nozzles off the drink machine also, nasty counters that needed to be wiped down. read more

its the McDonalds i visit the most ever since ive moved down here and its been pretty good just a few mistakes here and there and wait times in the mornings but i understand.until a little recently..these female workers working here are not meant to be at a fast food joint if all there gonna do is chit chat.there sassy, and rude..the food is great in all but just try not to come here on a Saturday night..they were rude and disrespectful to my dad and i dont appreciate it..also the ambiance is nice but still its bad. read more

This is absolutely the worst McDonald's I have ever been in. They constantly get my orders wrong and today my daughter ordered a chocolate shake that when they brought it to us looked like chocolate milk with whipped cream on top. When I asked the manager for a shake that was not completely melted she told me that was the way it came out of the machine. Ok so you're the manager and your shake machine is not working. If you know this why are still selling the shakes and ripping people off. This place needs a change of management. I understand it was just sold but apparently it's still the same crappy McDonalds it's been for years. Do yourself a favor and if you're in the area drive the extra 5 minutes north on 321 to the new store in Hudson. This place should be closed down. read more

McDonald's - people sitting at tables in a restaurant - Fast Food Near Me - Granite Falls, North Carolina

Always disappointed when I order from here. They either get your order wrong or don't give you any condiments at all. Who gives their customers a medium drink with a large order? This McDonald's. Very disappointed. Please get your orders right! read more

Can I give no stars? Drive thru was packed 4 customers inside so we went in. Immediately knew why the drive thru was so backed up. Super slow service, burger was falling apart. Bathrooms marginally clean for a newly renovated location. Keep driving don't stop. read more

McDonald's - No one behind the counter - Fast Food Near Me - Granite Falls, North Carolina

I ordered online for curbside service. I pulled into #3 and made sure to receive my receipt in my email which said food will be out in a few moments. The drive-thru line was long so I figured it would take a little longer. I waited 20 minutes before I went inside, also having to get my daughter out of the car. It took another 10 minutes for the ladies in the restaurant to finally come to the counter after being told twice by them that they'd be with me in a minute AND another customer telling them that I was waiting. While I stood there I listened to them complain that they should have called in sick because it was too busy. One lady finally came to the counter and asked what I wanted to order and I explained that I had been waiting for 30 minutes at curbside. She didn't blink an eye and just asked what I had ordered. I refuse to ever order from them again until they get new employees that actually want to work an adult job. read more

They're always messing up our orders. Today my husband ordered with very specific instructions. She proceeded to say she had everything and sent him on. He gets there and nobody can find his order. I keep paying extra for extra items I don't receive. Idk if this is corporation or independently owned but im going to go to higher upside very soon if they're lazy and disgusting behaviors doesn't change. It's usually the blonde manager. read more

I don't usually come to this location but I was close to it today... ugh to say the least. Management needs to step it up or something. The parking lot is FILLED with trash at entrance and the Side street leading up to the entrance is horrific with trash! No complaints on service, food or speed of drive-through. But when you pull into somewhere and see a completely trashed outside that gives some indication about how possibly the inside behind closed doors where the food is made and kept could be just as bad read more

Worst McDonalds ever....tried this place twice this week, cold soggy fries and warm burgers. The franchise should be shut down. They are giving McDonalds a bad name. Not sure if it's bad management or just can't find competent help in Hicksville USA. Just get up brush your tooth, gas up the moped and go to work and try to read the notes you wrote in your palm and do something. Shut it down! Ain't Lovin' It read more

I sat Waiting for my order to be taken for 10 minutes, I have been sitting at the window to pay now for another 8. This is ridiculous. They need to get new employees read more

So, I'm not even going to give this a star even though 1 star is at least needed to post your review. I keep going here and EVERYTIME they always manage to get something wrong- a few things wrong. So, if you come here.. be sure to ALWAYS order a side of disappointment with your order. I always get a Big Mac Meal..and, I know this isn't a 4 star restaurant and all.. but you would think they would know how to make it. Once I came, I had no Mac sauce, second I came.. they made it upside down with no Mac sauce but gave me I believe the whole bag of lettuce..need I say more? Disappointing. Please do better. read more

McDonald's - a hand holding a hamburger - Fast Food Near Me - Granite Falls, North Carolina

Do not come here at midnight and expect the employees to actually do their job. Came to get something to eat on my way home from work and got my order in and paid in a reasonable time then had to sit at the window waiting on my food while the employees had plenty of time to make their own food and take a break before coming back to finally giving me what i ordered read more

Generally this location is quick and wonderful but today when I took the coffee cup from the drivethru employee the lid was not on it and coffee spilled all over my leg and was hot and burned. The employee apologized and put the lid on it and handed it back to me. It's not that they require a mask that made me mad; it's that's the manager there was pretty rude about it. Also, declined other customers who had a simple request like the lady I left with just needed ketchup. I believe they have a right to ask for mask but not to be rude. read more

I got the wrong bag today so I took it back in. I had already had my hand in the bag and I handed it to the manager and watched her hand it to drive-thru and gave it to the person in the car who ordered it had no clue. Made me feel awful for them read more

Rude staff that will blatantly ignore you then indignantly give you attitude when they do decide to acknowledge your existence after merely asking to have your drinks handed to you that had been sitting unattended for ~five minutes. Drive-thru is a nightmare because it's a double lane situation and merging is REALLY HARD for people. Food itself is consistent for McDonald's. Only recommend this location when one is in dire need of fries. read more

First of all not an impatient person and know there is a wait when they are backed up. The people at the drive through have no idea how to operate. If you get your food at the window you MIGHT get it right,But if they ask you to pull up you may as well leave.First time it happened I sat pulled up for 20 minutes finally parked and went in.Had receipt and just asked for a refund as couldn't wait any longer. Manger says I don't remember you coming through.I had RECIEPT that has time stamp just give me my refund so I can go to Bojangles .. it's like she was accusing me of running a scam. Today ordered four biscuits again got the dreaded just pull up stamp of death.Person in front of me waited so long they had time to go in and go to restroom before they got their food.I saw emmployees come out at least 3 times and had wrong food for people waiting in side spaces just as bad as the just pull up After 3 rd atttempt or wrong order lady in side space had to just go in and get her food. I Waited 17 minutes Finallly flagged down an employee that kept bringing out wrong food to other people.Told her want I had ordered and had waited nearly 20 minutes could I just come in and get a refund she went in and came back out and said manger would bring my refund out. manger then sent the poor employee out to give me my refund. I had no issue with the employee she just works for a very poorly manged location . I like McDonald's in general but would be just as happy if they would just close this location. If you make the poor decision to go here and get the just pull up we will bring it out in a minute may as well just drive off. read more
