We ordered the katsu burger with fried chicken as the meat and I ordered the heiffer with a 60%40% Chuck/pancetta Patty and fried chicken and both were simply perfect. The meat in my Patty was a perfect pink in the center and lovely with the smoked cheese melted smoothly over the top of it. The bun was divine as well. The katsu burger really mimics well the katsu sauce we had in Kyoto and Tokyo earlier this year and really worked with the fried chicken. Now for the star of the show. The Pad Thai Fries were out of this world. I devoured every last bit of these fries despite how full I was from the burger. Overall, this was the best meal I've eaten in Eastbourne and the best burger Ive eaten anywhere in quite a while which includes burgers in the states.
