Elaine is the reason that this went so well this is my husband's and my favorite McDonald's just because of this cashier she takes the order she make sure she's got it right and she's got a pleasant disposition and she's always got a smile on her face and makes you feel very welcome. Manager places order for us, and such does not listen to manager. Bring food back; lady stares grabs trash can with gloves and pulls closer to her. Proceeds to make sandwich. Black lady beside her shakes her head, but I believe was newer and did not want to cause a scene. I wish I could give this location a zero star in all honesty. Just got in from a long flight and ordered online and went through the drive through. The two women working the graveyard shift on 3/7 were very rude and not very personable. Sure I understand you may be working 4 different stations but is there a reason to be rude and not help customers at a job you signed up for? The sandwich's are good and pretty standard at all the locations. The stores have all been recently updated and are clean and comfortable. Initially tried to go to Chick Fil A. Line 40 cars deep with more pouring in. So headed to McDonalds. This area is beyond congested, people blowing through stop signs and one guy driving with his flashers on almost causing and accident trying to turn them off and text . Now we pull into McDonalds. Two outdoor kiosks. We tried talking into ours with no response, so thinking it was broken we attempted to move. That's when an employee said "what". Not sure if they were talking to us or a coworker. Now after each item we order they ask if that's all we want as if they want us to finish our order. No "thank you", but we do hear a lot of laughter. Now we sit it line and wait. Don't even get me started on the sketchy guys across the parking lot on BMX bikes .Lots of that in Arizona where I'm from, especially after dark but a first for me since moving to Florida. So now we sit at a closed window waiting for food. The metal window slides open, employee laughs and says they weren't sure about about our order but it's " probably right". Yeah, not so much. Really poor customer service. I was waiting in line by myself with no other cars in line. Just waiting and nobody greeted me. A few minutes later a car comes to the second order of station and so does another car behind him. They both ordered before me. Sat in the to-go line for literally 20 minutes just for them to tell us the drive thru was closed and that we needed to go inside. I ordered and paid for sausage muffins and hash browns at about 11AM on a Saturday morning on the mobile app. I checked in at the curb pickup and was informed that they were not serving what I ordered. Horrible service is an understatement. The employee that came out to greet me insisted that I choose something else from the menu. I politely declined and explained that if I had wanted something else, I would have ordered something else. It's been two weeks and no refund or apology from the management.
