This has to be the worst McDonald's I have ever been to. I ordered my food on the mobile app and I waited about 15 minutes to go get it and then they tell me they don't have my order that it just came above the queue. How long does it take to get food? I'm also a DoorDash and every night we have to wait for them for at least 20 minutes or more just to get our food. The staff is rude and disrespectful. I asked for extra sauce for my DoorDash customer and instead of giving me the sauce, she tried to charge me for it so I asked her to open the bag and make sure it was in there. This location is definitely a 1 star McDonalds. I cant honestly say it's EVERY time but certainly 90% of the time they mess up the orders. It is almost impossible to go here and not have your order messed up. Either they mess up the food or they just the whole order altogether. The cost verses service, food is not worth it. read more

The service here is absolutely terrible. The managers specifically they are so rude and always have this dirty look when looking at people in the lobby and even behind the scenes in the drive through. They do not greet people in the lobby or drive through. The workers will give you nasty attitudes there's only a few that are absolute sweethearts. I've witnessed the managers talk to their staff like trash. Some of them are unfit to be a manager they shouldn't be in charge of anything they make this store look bad and their employees are a reflection of them and their actions .food is lovely on some days though. read more

cheated on the McFlurry. I got a soft-serve ice cream with Oreos on top. There was no mixing, once you ate the top off you had no Oreos for the remaining ice cream. $4.50 is a lot for that. if I had known I would have gotten a sundae. Don't waste your money. read more

I am appalled at the customer service today at the drive-thru speaker. First of all, I arrived at the second speaker while there was no one at the first. But as soon as a car pulled in they took their order then another car and they took their order. Nobody was on speaker so I said, "Hello" and I proceeded to say, Hey, I was here before both of the other two cars and still have not had my order taken. This place can make some very scrumptious McGriddles, I was amazed at how crispy the bacon was, and how fluffy the pancakes were on both sides. This McDonald's drive through is gr8! they have 2 lanes and they process the order correctly. I always use coupons buy one get one free as in breakfast sandwiches or the one to get a free coffee and hash browns if you buy a breakfast sandwich. They take all coupons and get the order done correctly. People are friendly and the place is kept up nice on the outside. Food is hot and coffee is good too for a buck. read more

I wish I could give this place 0 stars. Unfortunately I have to give at least one star in order to post. Last time I went through the drive through they sent me to window 2 and forgot about me. I had to leave and called complaining about my order. I had not been back for a month until today. Today I ordered two meals. Not only did they completemy forget both sets of fries, they did not give me straws for the drinks. Bottom line, I gave them a second chance and they blew it. They just don't care about their customers. They only care when you complain. They lost my business for good and hopefully my friends business as well. The food here really never tastes good. You always get food that has been sitting around for who knows how long. You literally have to tell them to make the food fresh! Employees including managers could all stand to be retrained in customer service. I have been coming here for 15 years, for as long as I have had my business in Eden. Typical order is something off the value menu: chicken burger or double cheeseburger. Total cost: $2, if my wife is with me: $4. Lunch is very crowded, but they process orders quickly so even if you have four or five people in front of you, you get your order within five minutes or so. I went at night once and there was no one there, but the order took 7-8 minutes, maybe the cook was outside. I complained and asked for a few free fries, they gave them to me and a drink. The store is clean, when our kids were younger they played at the enclosed playground. I park far away from the business to get back on Van Buren easier. To me the employees are very friendly. It is a much better experience than the McD's in Greensboro. read more

It just never fails. Whenever we go to this McDonalds, it seems they have 11-13 people working there and 2 cashiers. The little bald guy who is the manager or owner just yells at the poor workers all the time. He needs to learn how to get his point across without yelling at people all the time. It just breaks my heart that these poor folks just trying to make a living get harassed by this guy. He needs to manage better so the customers will not have to wait so long. I thought that tearing down the old one and rebuilding a new one with 2 drive thru's would be much faster, wronnnnng. It takes forever to get your food and half the time it's wrong. I suggest if you want a McDonalds fix go inside and order it, you'll get it much faster for some reason and you can check the bag Incase it's wrong and not have to drive back or pull over and get out. I usually try to stay away from fast food and my experience at MCDonalds this evening was just another reason why. I ordered 40 fresh chicken nuggets and a drink to go. As my daughter was filling drink I checked the nuggets and saw they must have been sitting a while and rhey were lukewarm to the touch at best. I immediately let them know and gave them the bag pf nuggets. They proceeded to make new ones for me but took the ones I returned and put them back in the warmer to reuse and sell even from the box of the ones I put my hands on. (My hands were not just washed) It is replusive to think they did that and were willing to attempt to serve them again to an unsuspecting victim. Be careful about eating there again. This is one of my favorite fast food restaurants. The food is good and the service is fast and friendly.

Very clean inside and the staff was friendly when I go in. The bathrooms were clean the few times I've been in there. Now on the negative...check your order before you leave. I've ordered on several occasions extra pickles no onions on my burger and its right on the receipt but the burger is no pickles extra onions or some other combo mixup. I will say they are quick to fix it and very sorry for the mixup. Instead of doing breakfast all day how about serving burgers at 7am. read more

This place.... I mean I dont expect much from mcdonalds but this damn place... I have lived here 2 years and I have NEVER had hot fresh fries... once I tried to trick them by saying no salt thinking I would get fresh... but no they ignored my request and gave me room temp fries with fucking salt... I guess it just shows that the stereotypes are right... people who work there are always rude and pretty fucking stupid I say no salt.. news flash I dont want any damn salt... the prices are alright even those I only order off the dollar menu. I have been goin to McDonald's for breakfast for quite some time. Upon my last two visit I was shocked to discover that the extra value menu for breakfast ONLY includes coffee as the drink...when trying to get my usual sweet tea, they charged me an extra dollar for the tea and did not offer the coffee....so my usual breakfast was 4.90 instead of the usual 3.88 ...needless to say I will no longer patronize this establishment. read more
