The lady at the register was very kind and asked questions such as that we wanted the croissant instead of the jalapeno bread and swiss instead of pepperjack along with what sides we wanted. We ordered it to go and gave her our name expecting our name to be called when our food was done. We waited about 20 minutes and even saw two sandwiches being packed into a bag and set on the counter but no name was called so we simply thought it was for window pickup. Once we saw someone come in and order after us and get their food within 10 minutes and we were still waiting, we finally went up and asked about our order, it was the bag we saw being packaged and it was just sitting there. We went back to the car and then I noticed we were missing our sides, so I went back in and they were super sweet and immediately helped me and gave me my sides. Then when I went to eat, the moment I opened up my sandwich I noticed I did not get my croissant bread and instead it was the jalapeno bread. This prompted me to check the receipt and we were rang up for the standard sandwiches, none of our customizations we asked for were rang up. The food was still delicious and we ate it all, but it was disappointing to order our preferences and have it clarified and then not have it rang up. I would like to also add that we made eye contact with the lady that rang us up multiple times and she did not ask if we were waiting on our food and when we came up to ask, they thought we were there to order, they had no idea we were waiting. They also were not busy inside they only had two or three people sitting at tables and they did not act like they were backed up making mobile orders.
