Traveling & stopped as McD's typically has clean restaurants & consistent service. Not this one, restrooms were disgusting with TP all over the floor, out of soap, & wet floor as people don't always use hand dryers. Placed my order, waited over 15 minutes, got back on the road & my order was wrong. Called, spoke to a manager & simply requested to be credited back for the 1 item that was incorrect. Was told I would need to come back in & there was nothing they could do. We were pulling a boat & already on the highway, in heavy traffic & am expected to turn around & come back in because my order was filled incorrectly? So much for that solid, consistent McD's service. Not at this location, more training is needed! read more

Is terrible place very unprofessional. I ordered food for my day care out there and I had to change My address in doordash out there from my home address. Weeks go by , I forget being human to change my address back. Ordered food, again and forgot about not changing the address. Kill me for for being human and forgetting and making a simple mistake. This Mcpukes refuses to refund my 70+ dollars. Terrible service. Sad they have to steal money from costumers. I mean really. Lol. Guess they need it more then me. Hopefully when doing this to others they can use the money to figure out how to not keep ppl waiting 8 to 11 minutes for their orders. Poor service even by McDonald's standards. No one working the front counter and the staff pretended the lobby customers didn't exist. I had ordered some shakes and they were made incorrectly . Quick stop for breakfast. They had the usual BOGOF Egg McMuffin plus added the two Sausage Burrito meal with Hash Browns and large Coffee. Everything was hot and fresh and the usual McDonalds cuisine we all know and love. Yes, it is not a gourmet meal but you know what you are going to get. Sometimes all you want is no surprises. Service was the typical polite and relatively fast; so fast they didn't even ask about cream and sugar for the coffee or the salsa for the burritos. I had to make a return trip to the counter for these items. But otherwise it was a normal everyday McDonalds experience. We have stopped here before and I will definitely be stopping here again. Oh, and use the McDonalds App and after five coffees you can get one free. read more

We stopped there on Friday on our way up north for the holiday weekend. Service was friendly and accurate, even my food allergy was accommodated. The restaurant was very clean and updated. We had a manager or shift supervisor stop by our table and ask us if we needed anything. When we reached our destination, I realized I didn't have my wallet. I called and after I described it, the employee who answered the phone confirmed they had it there. They held it for me all weekend and we picked it up just today. Everything was still in there: cash, gift cards, debit card, etc.. Same great, friendly, accurate service today. My only recommendation for improvement would be to add a changing station for the bathroom; I had to stand my son up on the sink to change his diaper. read more

Super slow!!! Ever since they "upgraded" their store their wait time has increased! All of a sudden if we order more than one coffee drink we are asked to pull ahead or into a spot to wait. The quality has decreased as well. The pop always tastes off. The upside is the continual friendliness of the drive thru employees. We waited in line for about 15 minutes just getting two meals. Once we finally got our food our drinks looked like they had two huge gulps taken out of them (weren't filled up all the way), and there was no napkins at all. Not only were the drinks not filled all the way but the food wasn't either. This is the first time it's happened either; it's almost every time. I definitely do not recommend this McDonald's. Honestly the worse McDonald's experience I've had. From the manager yelling at the employees (who deserves a stern talking to forsure) to the guy taking the orders. Food took forever, guy forgot he didn't take our order, employees yelling at each other making a scene and totally ignoring customers. Also they had a sign up that said "if we don't mention a 4 piece then you get it free". Well... they didn't so we mentioned it and they refused to give us the nugs. Food is greasy and usually already made. Ordering on the screen is confusing. Ice cream machines are ALWAYS broken. Good to take kids with to much energy to play on the play structure. Horrible drive through. I sat there in the line for eons after paying for my $19 order with a credit card and then the girl refused to give me a receipt or my card back. She wouldn't open the window and tell me the problem and I couldn't move ahead in the drive up. There were at least ten cars behind me, honking to move up. I couldn't. I am still in the car at the pay window and can't move forward. I kept honking and waving at the girl in the drive through and she wouldn't do anything. I didn't know what the problem was. I couldn't move forward, other cars that were ordering behind my car got out of line because they're mad. I didn't blame them at all. I kept motioning to the woman and her manager and she eventually opened the window and said the card reader was down. She didn't apologize and said her manager wouldn't try to repair it because she was busy. That sounded stupid to me. She didn't want to bother. I asked for my card back and she said after she printed a receipt saying my card wasn't charged the money for my order. That was it. Finally, I got my card and voided receipt. Everyone behind my car was honking. So, I wonder if they were paying with a credit card, too? They needed to post a sign on the drive through window that credit card machine was broken or repair it! I wonder how many other poor twits sat there experiencing the same drama? I know they had the problem going on before I got in line. Give customers a heads up so we could avoid the problems. Pretty much the most dysfunctional McDonald's I've ever been in. No one at the counter for several minutes. Workers sniping at each other. It's not too crowded, neither the dining room nor drive thru, but lots of staff unsure what to do. Iced tea tank empty, but still no one at counter. Way too much time spent on a worker's order. I don't expect a cordon bleu meal, but I shouldn't leave feeling worse than I walked in. read more

By far my favorite McDonalds. All of the workers are friendly (with the exception of some of the morning crew). The store is always decorated really nicely. It's clean most of the time as well. I have never become sick from eating here yet either. The orders seem really fresh as well. read more

No attention to detail: no matter what my order is wrong! So I buy meals for all the kids to eat, the littlest one being a girl who is not quite two, was the priority for eating on time due to the nap thing. I ordered using the mobile app in hopes this would be easy and accurate. They come out with a huge bag and drinks, since I ordered for 3 kids there were three drinks...should be cool right? Wrong! I get all the way across town and start to pass out the meals, then realize the 2 year old only got the drink portion of her meal. She is the one who needs to go down for a nap, so kind of a BIG DEAL. I called and went back to get the meal, that meal was still not right but the lil one made do at this point. The manager on duty gave me a voucher for a free sandwich and drink. So I thought okay I will get something for myself this time, which was a few days later. My 'let us make it right' voucher was only for a sandwich and drink, so I purchased a LARGE FRY. They messed up my drink, and gave me a medium fry. Ummmm thanks! I'm finishing a 10pc. nugget meal while I'm writing this so I'm just going to say, that from this meal, and this is common, that my fries had no salt and my coke tastes like a fizzy berry punch. Worst McDonald's service ever and I'm from the Reese exit on i75! (Exit 151) If I could give it zero, I would! We get there at 1am and they say "we can't do chicken tenders right now?" The one thing that's open all night is the fryer, how can't you do tenders? We still got our fries though??, how does that work?? Then as usual, we try to get a shamrock shake and guess what!? The machine is down! Nothing's more unreliable than the ice cream machine at McDonald's, and my dad never came back from buying smokes 24 years ago! Ordered my food, then they had me park. I waited there for 12 minutes, they never brought my food out to me. I paid almost $7 and got nothing. Definitely would NOT recommend this location. I understand a small wait, if they're busy. But I'm a paying customer, and there's no excuse for it taking that long. Unfortunately, I had to take off because I had an appointment I couldn't miss.
