I stopped here a few days ago driving through to the mountains. Hardly any parking spaces unless you're doing curbside pickup. I found an open spot in the back. The drive thru was crazy busy. I wanted to eat inside after driving so long. When I went inside they were doing some work on half of the dining room and the other half had a few people hanging out with no food. So , I ended up getting my food and eating in my SUV. Inside they only take your order from the App or the Kiosk. I used the App so I could use my points for a free Frappe. I also got a McDouble and a small fry. As busy as they are the hamburger meat tasted like it had been in the warmer for a while. My fries were hot and fresh though. If I lived in Charlotte I definitely wouldn't come back to this McDonald's location. After looking at the list of locations in Charlotte it looks like the norm unfortunately. read more

This is the most disorganized McDonald's. If you order through the drive through, you're immediately sent to a parking spot where you will wait 30+ minutes to get SOME of your food. I've been here several times and every time I have a long wait followed by a missing item that I have to track an employee down to wait even longer for. read more

As you know, giving a Restaurant a second chance is always good. I have given this restaurant numerous chances and as always, they fail, simple order big Mac, no cheese no pickles. I received a burger with cheese and pickles,, My food was cold. My fries were cold. I will never eat here again. Sat in line for close to an hour because I was trapped inside the cones just to be told once we got to the order speaker to pull around with the other millions of cars in line. My underage daughter was hit on by a older gentleman during picking up food from the drive thru and it made her very uncomfortable and scared.she should not feel like she cant go get food without being preyed on by older men it's disgusting and unprofessional and that employee needs to be fired immediately.i will be contacting corporate. read more

Early morning I came in on a Sunday. The people that was supposed to be upfront was in the back drinking coffee instead of taking orders. I stood there for six minutes and nobody said good morning or anything. There were also people behind me three other people waiting for their orders to be taken and they're were acting as if no one was standing there they were talking among themselves having conversations never came to the front so when I left all the other customers left out also, so I don't know if they was making it seem like they were at home but if you have to come here, don't waste your time. If it's a day of work, you will be late. They did not acknowledge me nor did they come and take our order. It was nice they opened inside and a couple of weeks ago I would have given more stars. But my son and I went there the other day, there was one guest in the lobby and another waiting for his order, the young man that took our order had gloves on after taking our order he went over and put napkins in the happy meal boxes I don't think he put in the fries and not sure on the burgers. I took the food to the table it was not cleaned, so I went up front and asked for their cleaning towel and cleanser. The same guy came out with a towel and wiped my table and others and said they were busy and no time to clean tables. It's pointless to use the mobile order app, every time I have tried to use the mobile order they cancel it at the window and then asked me to pay in person and re-order which not only makes you lose the deal and points but also makes you pay more. They say that the third time's the charm well that is true this is the third time they have messed up on their staffs behalf. Went in to purchase $100 in gift cards and grab a couple burgers. Stood at the counter for 10 minutes until a black lady with braids walked by taking an order outside and told me to order from kiosk is an u professional manner. I told her I needed gift cards too and did t know how to order them. She finally came and ask how much and I told her I wanted to add a couple burgers too. This lady told me to order that from the kiosk to make it easier on her. I asked to speak to manager and this Spanish lady yelled up front to order from kiosk while the black lady was saying, "that's what I told him."" You cannot make this stuff up. To start with I don't come to Fast food restaurants to make it easier on a burger flipper. I come for the convenience for me and my family. Usually I wouldn't write a review for McDonald's but I received exceptionally good service tonight. Sometimes the night shift at McDonald's is really slow but this location has their act together. I was instantly greeted on the drive thru speaker and just ordered a smoothie. The lady was so nice I wish I got her name but I think she was the manager or something. This McDonalds drive thru is always sooooooo slow! I can not deal with it, I think this will be my last time patronizing this establishment. Even with the two-way drive thru it is still extremely slow. I believe they were rotating two drivers at a time between the two lines. Which was a little annoying. It seemed like it made the process a lot slower, not very productive. When I finally got my order, which I got a chicken nugget happy meal and an order of medium fries they were cold and hard! As if the fries had been sitting under the light all day and night! OMG you have to be kidding me! I was not wasting more time to wait on an order of hot fries! This McDonald's is horrible , I come in the Mornings usually around 430am and could be the only one in line and still always have a long wait . The crazy thing is the only tho I order is coffee. If there was some place else for me to shop on my way to work I would. This is the worst McDonald's I have ever been to. I just ordered a smokehouse Burger combo. First they make me pull up and no one is behind me. 2nd I have no fries in bag when brought out. I cannot just back up because they made me go to the number one spot which is almost towards the exit. I pull out and pull back in. Walk inside with a receipt with no money showing on it just my burger. I asked where my fries were. the gentleman inside said she only charged me for the sandwich. So he already knew there was an issue with my order before it came out to me.I didn't see a diet Coke on that receipt .but they gave me that at the window when I paid. Handed them $8.00 in cash and was told McDonald's would not allow him to give me the .12 in change due to the supposedly coin shortage. Worst drive thru customer service because they rush you through drive thru to parking space in order to speed up their drive through time. They will honestly tell you that's why you have to go wait.
