This McDonald's is across the street from Maverik Gas Station. With this particular location so poorly rated (an overall rating of 1.7 with 17 reviews at the time of this review), I am relieved that I had good customer service for two of my visits (especially since I don't really eat a lot of fast food in general). My first visit was last night. I had made an order on the McDonald's app and chose pick up through the drive thru. The Colorado Rockies did something awesome that allows for fans to get a free double cheeseburger with a purchase of $2 or more. Figured might as well take advantage of the deal and ended up ordering two McChicken sandwiches since it was buy one, get a second one for $1. With the special deal and free double cheeseburger offer, I ended up paying only $4.06 for 3 burgers/ sandwiches. Definitely a pretty good deal. With this visit, the employee at the register was friendly. She did ask for my husband and I to pull forward though and wait for our order, as she said they were not ready (my husband also wanted to take advantage of the free double cheeseburger deal but ordered it right before going through the drive thru). We didn't wait that long, probably around 5-6 minutes. Then our order (in 2 bags) were brought out to us by a friendly employee. My second visit was this morning, as the hotel I was staying in had subpar breakfast. I ended up taking advantage of the $2 breakfast sandwich deal and picked the Sausage, Egg McMuffin and chose to do pick up in store. My breakfast sandwich was ready after I ordered it. Overall, my experience with this location is positive. The wait time for my order during pick up was very quick (as other fellow Yelp members had mentioned repeatedly that the wait time for food is very slow). Also customer service was friendly both times and feel lucky that I did not experience some of the poor customer service other fellow Yelp members have mentioned in their review. read more

There is a bone in my CHICKEN NUGGET for the SECOND TIME. The first time I brought it to their attention and nothing was done about it. Slowwwww. 15 .minutes for a sausage biscuit. And the organic apple juice was awful. But it was clean.

Pulled up to the drive through menu screen and it was blank. Told the guy who was taking orders and he said we had to order something in order for the menu to actually show up! So we had to guess at what we wanted to order!! Guy was so rude and obnoxious! He actually laughed when we said never mind to the rest of our order. I'd like to know what non carbonated and caffeine drinkers drink here...in April I was road tripping through and stopped to get a lemonade and they didn't have any, ok fruit punch, Minute Maid hi-c? Nope! Anything besides soda since I don't drink it?The girl looked shocked and said no. If you'd like to enjoy soda then this is the place for u. Food tasted like any other McDonald's in the US. Ruined our order for the umpteenth time. Says "McGriddle no bacon" right on the receipt, but we got three bacon cheese sandwiches. That's right, they left the eggs off instead. I've asked for my money back when this has happened in the past, but they have a strict "let us mess this up for you better" policy. McDonald's corporate website says "need a vegetarian option, just ask for no meat on your breakfast sandwich!!" Why is that so hard to do at this location? read more

We stopped in here after taking our local High School boys to a summer league basketball program and needless to say kids and parents were very hungry! This restaurant was filthy, there was no tables clean, literally good all over the tables and floors. The bathrooms had dirty diapers in the urinals and no toilet paper in the ladies room. There was no lids for the basic sized "value meal" drinks, no straws, no ketchup, and no tea at all in the tea containers. My son ordered a basic caramel frappé and was given a chocolate shake, then 2 more fails later we got the drink we wanted, and we were treated like we were in the wrong, when in theory we simply wanted what we were craving/paid for. We will never go to this McDonald's again. Disgusting and horrible customer service! read more

This has been the worst McDonald's I've ever visited in my life. The workers were rude and they forgot orders. And by orders I mean they got orders wrong as well as completely just forgetting about the order. Granted there was a lot of people there but they should be trained for those situations. It's a very popular fast food restaurant so they usually get a lot of customers. I also didn't appreciate my order being thrown at me when a worker tried to steal it and I asked for it back. One star Is extremely generous for a place that promotes drunk driving. I stopped in this town with a friend and ended up having a couple drinks. We decided to be responsible and not drive back but we were extremely hungry since we were on the road with no food for over 12 hours. Food was a priority so we asked the locals what was around and open. (It was raining and there's not uber or cabs there so it had to be close) they said the only place open was McDonalds. We ended up walking a little over a mile in the pouring rain (uphill too) and by the time we got there the lobby was locked (even though it said 24hrs outside) this wasn't a problem because we've walked through drive throughs before many times and even at McDonald's. (I even have video proof) when we placed our order the lady working said the only way she could serve us is if we walked back to our car, get in it drunk, and drive it to her. When I told her of the danger she didn't respond. I called the facility many times to complain and no one would answer. There were many cars behind us building up due to her incompetence. We were not about to leave until we got our order, luckily for her one of the people she was preventing from ordering let us in her car to order. I told her the story and she said she even did a walk through drive through and that this town was racist against natives. That blew me away because one of the people we were with was a native. I like the Hot N Spicy chicken. However, this McDonalds is always so slow, and I don't know if it is because they are understaffed or completely unorganized. Their ice cream machine is always broken or not working, so that is really frustrating. The people they hire are usually rude and never smile. The manager who is a gal will literally tell you your total, grab the money, and hand your food out. There is no "thank you" "have a great day" nothing. Definitely not manager worthy. However, the food has always been great, even though the wait is a pain. read more

Why is it so hard for a huge company to realize it takes more than one person to run an entire franchise. I rarely go to McDonald's. When i do, it's because I'm running late. I stopped to pick up a quick breakfast sandwich on our way out of town, my experience went like this: the ordering process went fine, but after I sat in line in the drive thru for 20 minutes for a biscuit egg and sausage sandwich and a small orange juice, I decided to leave. I drove to Taco John's which is basically next door, I ordered my food, talked to the guy at the window about how horrible the McDonalds was, and then I got my food, left, drove by McDonalds, and the two cars that were ahead of me in line were still there. When I called to tell McDonalds to tell them of my experience, the phone continued to ring and ring. There was no answer. Perhaps the manager got off their rear end and decided they needed help up front. This is the worst McDonalds I've ever been to. I will never be back, and I am local. read more
