While it's all available for selection in the hot cabinets, it's clearly fresh & recently prepared. I've since been back twice, and each time I've really enjoyed my food... a lot. There's a wonderfully large desert cabinet, full of temptations. So far I've resisted, but it wasn't easy. There are a few minor improvements that could be made here, like coat hooks in the ladies bathroom (a surprisingly important feature), and they need to keep their sauces in the fridge to stop them from exploding. Overall I'd rate this Indian food more highly than any I've had in Brisbane. Friendly service too.

We headed straight over and were encouraged by the amount of patrons in the restaurant including local law enforcement happily exiting with his take away. The establishment is very pleasant, clean and the food smelled great. We were warmly welcomed and sat at a premium window seat. It was hard to make a decision on what to order, everything sounded great but we ultimately chose to order the seafood salad. It was delicious, ingredients were fresh and prepared perfectly. Not one bite was over cooked. Hats off to Liz L for her bat sh@t crazy rant that directed us to a real neighborhood gem. We'll be back!

From previous experience having dinner at families houses, the food has always been tasty. I thought I'd treat myself on the way home and ordered the onion bhajis. They are the cheapest of the entree options and I think that shows in the final product. Pretty bland except for a quick bite from a cumin seed or large piece of onion. The garlic naan was great to lap up the curry sauces but was a little charred. The service is the main reason however for giving 3 stars. When I called I was asked to hold the line (no issue with that) but was left to hear banging, clanging and talking in the background. Hold music would be more professional. When I came to pick up my order I was reluctantly served by a young girl that either wasn't well trained or just lazy. She pretty much had to be coaxed to serve me.

I always get the Chicken Tikka Masala. It is to die for! It's classed, appropriately, as medium spiciness. My husband is a fan of the Butter Chicken, which is also pretty damn good. The naans really steal the show, and they're what put it over Raj's for me. We always get the Garlic + Cheese Combo Naan, and they are always cooked just perfectly, with the crispy edges and the gooey, cheesy middle. Honestly, I just can't say enough good things about this place. It's so good, we've made room for it in our weekly budget. Definitely give it a try!

The venue itself is a great location, even if a touch out of the way of the main eateries. Of course I love the food offered, I love the view, I love sitting in the warm sun outside when possible but I've really enjoyed the constant welcome from the manager/owner of the place. The staff too ;) Says a lot to me when they take time out to meet n greet you personally. The selections of food have always been fresh and tasty...and filling. This joint is also open late so good to come before of after a movie to eat, chill and talk. It may not be a 5 star restaurant but I feel like I get a 5 star experience.

My partners bacon and cheese burger pushed his effort vs enjoyment ratio to the max but he pulled through. Finishing with dripping hands but he said it was worth it. My southern chicken burger was easier to manage with a great coating, double cheese and a zingy chipotle sauce. Chips were also delicious! Add $2 for a dipping sauce but I don't think they need it. I had the milo thick shake at The Rocks location years ago and happy to report it's just as good. Beers on tap or by the bottle. Sadly missed out on the $2 wine or schooner with any main meal which could be better displayed. We saw it advertised afterward when leaving the centre. But there's always next time.
