Workers need customer service training X100. I work for Door Dash and have never been able to pick up the food on time much less 10 minutes after pickup time here. This evening I sat in the drive thru for 30 minutes(I wish I was exaggerating) to pick up a door dash order. once I received my customers food it was already cold and was greeted with rolling eyes and sighs from the staff. McDonald's on main Street in cabot was the worst! My husband,me, and 3 kids went and all our food was cold, the fresh were gross, it stunk, the windows were so dirty, they looked like they hadn't been cleaned in a long time after we got our food I watched 1 of the 3 boys just standing behind the register put his hand in his mouth. Noone had hair nets on. I also seen a women sit on the little counter that you get your food from when you dine in. She was just sitting on it eating food. Today, I got a sausage egg and cheese biscuit with the receipt taped on it which read "no bun." I took it back and told the girl I can't eat bread. She apologized, went to the back, took it off the biscuit and put it in a tray with crumbs all over it. I'm perfectly capable of removing the biscuit.
