The food was not fast but if it's good then it's worth the wait. It fell short. The flavor was too salty on the meat and way too many fries. The sweet potato fries were over done and overwhelmed the plate unfortunately. Presentation was not a strong suit this day. The pickle was a thin sliver and so disappointing. Folks started to trickle in and when the meal arrived no napkins or ketchup were provided. Our young lady waitress kept sitting in an area by the bar and was on her phone. We had 2 burgers delivered while our third person waited more than 15 minutes for their order. Not a good look if customer service is a priority at this establishment.

I ordered takeout for lunch, but by the time I got back to work, the paper bag was completely soaked through with oil or grease. The fries were soggy, limp, and lacked any crunch whatsoever. The burger wasn't much better--just as greasy as the fries, with hot, soggy lettuce and a single slice of mushy tomato. The burger itself was also disappointingly small, more comparable in size to something you'd find in a Happy Meal. The meat in the burger was flavorless textures filler felt like eating beans with bread. Honestly, the best part of the meal was the can of Dr. Pepper that came with the combo. If you're looking for a better experience, I recommend Joe's Burger Stand or Ernie's Burger Stand instead. I won't be returning.
