I hate the refurbished look here. They spent two years renovating and did an awful job. I was only getting a coffee and apple pie but that took quite awhile. They have so many people crowd the register, it may be difficult to know your order is ready. They used to have a huge playroom on the second level, which I believe no longer exists. Ever since the self-service kiosks were installed at this McDonald's the service has really declined. The staff just stay in the back and ignore customers at the front counter even when it's obvious someone is waiting. I ordered the chicken strips meal, and the chicken was dry and overcooked, like it had been sitting in a heater for way too long after being made in a large batch. It was barely edible. The food was cold, and the dining area was dirty with overflowing trash and unclean tables. If this is what automation is doing to service quality, it's not working. While I was waiting, I saw a young student patiently waiting for his food like everyone else. He politely asked for the sauce he had ordered, even showing proof on his phone, but the worker who appeared to be a manager based on the black shirt he was wearing was shockingly rude and dismissive. There was no reason to treat someone that way, especially when the customer was calm and respectful. The overall environment was just as bad trash overflowing, floor wet due to the rain and nobody attended to it, dirty tables, zero sense of urgency, and a complete lack of basic courtesy. If this is the direction McDonald's is heading with kiosk-focused service and poor, unaccountable management then it's clear they've stopped caring about the customer experience. read more

Came here to order lunch takeout, and the place was packed. There are barriers encased with the cashiers, but the amount of customers standing and waiting for orders was just too much. There are also heavy traffic of takeout delivery drivers running in to grab the orders. It was a chaotic scene, just for burgers and fries. This is usually my go-to McDonalds only because it's closest to me. However, I hate it and this is definitely the last time that I will be ordering from this location. I usually place my order here through UberEats and there's usually something missing. Once, I ordered two snack wraps with the crispy chicken tenders and they gave me one crispy and one all mushy and gross. They also usually don't give me the correct sauces. Today, however, was the last straw. They did not include my chicken nuggets and as I was eating my Quarter Pounder, I became horrified and disgusted as I realized that the meat is red and raw. I should have looked at it earlier because who knows if I actually ate some of that raw meat. I have attached a picture as proof. I'm just going to bullet the main points that forced me to give this location 1 star: *The 2nd floor was roped off leaving only the four small tables on the first floor (albeit that I was there at 9PM, I have been here before during the day and the 2nd floor was still closed) *The floors were filthy. *I ordered a McChicken from the DOLLAR Menu, but it cost $1.49. So I changed to a McDouble from the DOLLAR Menu that cost $1.09. If you can't stick with the DOLLAR concept than redesign your menu, you billionaire corporation. *The ketchup packets that were dropped into my takeout bag were leaking and stuck together. *The only thing that I can say good about this location was that the food was the same old average McDonalds food. I ordered their double cheese burger and small fries combo for $3. Was surprised how juicy the burger was from this branch with just enough ketchup and onions and the fries were crispy and not soggy. Yes, I am reviewing a McDonald's. Something I thought I would never do. But I have recently had an excellent experience at one and had to say something. I have been going back to school and have found myself at Mickey D's on snowy or rainy days to keep the kiddos entertained while I work online. Why Mickey d's? Well the indoor playplace and the free wifi, of course. I'm desperate here! This one is two stories and has a pretty rad play area that's enclosed so my little maniacs can be as loud as they want. This is the first McDonald's that I have been to where the people working there are really genuinely kind! Chris the manager goes out of his way to make sure the customers are happy and needs are met. His employees seem happy and comfortable to be there and I kid you not, the food actually tastes better here! I think that the caring goes a long way. read more

As far as McDonalds go, this one is pretty average. I have to give the staff credit, they deal with a lot grumpy people, many of which don't speak English. We stopped in for a place to use the restroom, and grabbed some nuggets to go. The french fries were kind of old and soggy, but that's what I've come to expect from the golden arches. There is an accessible restroom in the lobby, and Men's and Women's restrooms are upstairs, where it is very, very hot. I was able to get a free street parking spot about half a block up from the main road, but this isn't the friendliest of areas. read more

I've been coming to this McDonald's all my life. The inside is usually never too clean. Most of the time it's really overcrowded. All lot of the staff is really rude. The cashiers sometimes mess up my orders. The staff is always being changed around. They almost always forget to some of the food in my bag. I have to ask them multiple for sauce even though I asked for it in not order. Sometimes the drinks aren't properly mixed. A majority of the time they're out of happy meal toys for one of the genders. They rarely have drink trays so it makes it hard to carry multiple. Almost always bad service. read more

I feel silly even reviewing a McDonald's but this place is so bad that I had to. Everything is always broken (soda machine, McCafe machine, etc), and they're always out of sauces. Staff isn't very friendly and act inconvenienced to be there. I placed a mobile order on the app and showed up, only for them to tell me their mobile orders "aren't working" and that there was nothing they could do. I had already payed, and their only solution was for me to call my bank and reverse the charge. Even spoke to the manager, and she wouldn't do anything either. It isn't my fault that your order system is "broken", and it's really awful customer service to basically tell me it's not your problem. You could've spared the $8 worth of food just to make me happy, but clearly customer service doesn't exist at this location. Food is often cold as well, and McFlurrys are never mixed. Employees hang out in the back laughing and joking while the line piles up. I've often had to wait over 10 minutes for my food, while all the employees stood around doing nothing. The employees at this location need some serious customer service training, and the equipment needs to be replaced since it apparently breaks so often. read more
