For years, I had to go to McDonald's if I wanted something stronger than Hotel coffee. This location is open early and has all of the Starbucks hot and cold items in stock. The staff has been working hard to keep up with the demand of a newer location, and wait times can fluctuate depending on the time of day. You have the option of ordering ahead, using the drive-thru, or, as I tend to do, going right inside and ordering. I tend to do it this way so I can see what options I have for cold drinks, nutrition bars and the pre-packaged protein boxes. On all of my visits over three days, I got coffee three times and worked remotely and had lunch there as well.

I even contemplated leaving the line but i'm trapped because the drive thru doesn't have any other exits. Will I return, of course but never again on a Friday morning. And I won't place a mobile order in advance because you can't cancel it. Staffing is nice. Seemed like they were having a great morning despite being super busy. Outside the establishment is clean. Lawn is maintained. My breakfast was cold due to waiting and my drink was watered down. Again, I will go back just not while they're busy.

The titles I saw were primarily fiction, but nothing over the top to offend sensibilities. There's a small kid-friendly section both for games and for books. Christopher's has really gone the extra step to make it family friendly. Bring your own books and just enjoy this great coffee-shop/bookstore. Oh, and the coffee is good. Very good.

The interior decor was very nice, with the walls covered in paintings of all sorts of breeds of cattle. The mural on the exterior wall was especially bright and cheery. I was duly impressed that they carried many varieties of Tillamook brand ice cream! They also had a few pastries available for sale. They no longer offer cold brew because there wasn't enough demand for it. For iced coffee, they will either dilute a couple of expresso shots into water, or they can use some of their drip coffee. I ended up ordering a large (32 ounce) hot drip coffee. It was tasty, refreshing, and cost less than $4.00. They even offer a customer loyalty program, and roast their own coffee beans. Three and a half stars, rounded up to four. If in the area again, I would again stop by this independent business.
