You ask for a large Sprite with light ice and you get the sprite with no ice and the cup wasn't full and the worker thought we were gone when she said we asked for no ice and that's what he is getting. This is one of the slowest McDonald's I've seen. Mine was the only order on their board, and it took more than five minutes for the employee to step away from her discussion with another and fulfill my order. When I asked about what took so long, she said I had to finish my talk. No apologies management was right there and said absolutely nothing about it. Was yelled at to leave this McDonald's by an employee while dining in. Two of my friends and I were dining in. We finished our food about five minutes prior and were still sitting at our table chatting normally when an employee yelled at us asking if we were buying anything. My friend said no since we had just finished our food. She proceeded to yell that "If you aren't going to order anything, you need to leave. You can't just sit here." Our bag was on our table so I'm unsure of how she thought we hadn't ordered anything, they also were nowhere near closing time and there were other customers eating in. read more

I went thru the drive-thru to get my dog a treat for the "dollar" menu. I ordered a mcdouble and small fry. The speaker girl said I could get a double cheeseburger, small fry and a drink for $3.00. Ok. When I got the order the window girl said I had to pay an Additional $1.07 for a drink. There have been so many mess ups there. I think giving 2 stars is generous because at least my order was right. That was about the only thing right about this place. I was first greeted at the drive thru by a very rude girl and then proceeded to get my food which was made right but not made fresh. Fries and burger were cold. Mcdonalds sometimes messes up your orders, but it rarely happens. Other than that McDonald's has a lot of good breakfast and food! The people there are really nice and I go there everyday so I would recommend going there. read more

I entered my breakfast order on the mobile app and then arrived in the drive-thru line at 10:22am. When I arrived at the drive-thru microphone, I let them know my order number and was instructed to pull around. When I arrived to the pay window they said that it was past 10:30am, so they didn't think they would be able to do my order but would check with a manager. The manager came to the window and all she could say was there was nothing she could do. "It was past 10:30am and it was too late for a breakfast order." At this point it was 10:45am. I explained how it was a mobile order placed at 10:22am. She didn't care. I asked what she could do for me and her response was she couldn't do anything for me. This is the worst McDonald's I've been to. I have been there a lot because it is close to my house and it reignites my need to eat other places for months on end every time I go here. I called the store tonight. I asked for the store manager or manager on duty. I was greeted with, "I am the manager". I gave her my name politely and asked in return for hers... "I am the manager, what do you want?" I gave her my name again and asked for what is the store manager's name? She finally gave me Janette, I was just calling to see how my girlfriend (whom is part of the team McD's) could get a pay stub? This is, hands down, the worst McDonalds in the entire state of Ohio. The order is ALWAYS wrong. Every. Single. Time. And I'm not even that picky - I just don't want "cheese" (if that's what McDonalds calls what it uses) on my food, and I want what I order. But no matter what I say, or how hard I beg, they will always put cheese on your sandwich (even if it doesn't normally come with cheese, believe that??!!??) or they won't give me the food I ordered (want 3 hashbrowns, out of luck - they won't give you any hashbrowns, and they'll make you go back to the store to get a refund). I did not visit this location for years due to poor customer service and long wait times. I heard they were under new ownership so I decided to give it a go on my way home from work. I placed my order at 3:56pm and there were 4 cars in front of me. After waiting 7 minutes with the line not moving, 2 cars in front of me, as well as myself, left before ever getting to the pay window. I circled the parking lot to see if they were maybe slammed inside. NOPE. If a persons food is going to take longer than 2 minutes, why not move them to the marked waiting area, instead of making everyone else wait aswell. This is extremely poor customer service and courtesy. I will never visit this location again for any reason. Sadly i can not leave a 0 star review, because that is what they deserve. read more

I have ordered the new mushroom and Swiss burger at least 10-15 times from this location and I always order it without the garlic cream cheese sauce on it and EVERY SINGLE TIME they have gotten it wrong. Not once have I had one made correctly and I don't see it until I get home and they won't credit me for next time, you have to drive back there with the burger to exchange it. I shouldn't have to check my food at the window to make sure they got it right. They always ring it up the right way, then they put extra on it I think, cuz it's a huge glob of it. read more
