Staff serve partially eaten burger !!!

This following is an extract of an e-mail I have sent to the Health Department at Casey Council regarding the serving of a partially eaten burger to my daughter. I was so disgusted with the level of service and lack of basic food safety and handling by McDonalds that I actually took pictures of the burger.

As the Responsible Authority for the public food safety of residents in the City of Casey and the registration and monitoring of food safety standards within the municipality, I am alerting you to the following issue with the above 'restaurant'
I spoke directly on the phone to Connor who identified himself as the Manager, however he did not appear concerned about this matter.
On the 15/08/2019 I ordered food via the driveway for my family. Upon distributing the take away food at home it was discovered that a chicken burger had been provided as part of the food, had already been bitten into twice and two mouthfuls taken.
It would appear that if McDonalds is serving food that has already been partially eaten then they are not complying with the minimum requirements of the Food Hygiene legislation.
This is a very serious breach of the Food Safety requirements and quite clearly McDonalds may not even be following their own in-house procedures,
As the Responsible Authority, I request that you investigate this matter directly with the owner of McDonalds and advice me as a concerned member of the public of the outcome of your investigation.
