McDonald's in the city of Indiantown has been there for 9 years . Dining room is being remodeled right now but the drive thru is open. The general manager Sandra and her team are very polite and the store is very clean. If you pass through this small town stop by and see this. Enjoy ! I'm loving it! read more

When you are in the middle of no where this McDonald's was a welcomed sight. We were working in the area and I couldn't find a place for lunch. My co-worker found us this McDonald's you can't imagine my happiness. In addition it was a newly remodeled location. Once we entered greeted by a friendly person at the counter. Ordering lunch was quick and easy. I had the filet of fish meal. As well as a Hot Fudge Sundae for dessert. I especially like the peanuts that come with it that goes on as a topping. The food ordered came out within minutes. They got us all the necessary condiments. Payment is also quick one swipe of your card and that is it. The soda is self serve so they give you the cup to help yourself if you are eating in which we were. They get their 5th star in this review as the tables and chairs are kept immaculate which is a welcomed sight to see any where you go to eat. read more

I get that it's the day after Christmas and people probably called out but the service was horrible. We waited in line for nearly 30 minutes for an order we put in using the app. I'm pregnant and was getting dizzy waiting so I went to the car while my husband waited inside. I watched several people go through the drive thru before I went back inside. The girl working the counter didn't smile, greet anyone, explain anything etc. She kept disappearing as well. I have managed two different fast food restaurants. If they were short handed, it should have been communicated. The staff looked so miserable I felt uncomfortable saying anything. In addition to the slow and poor customer service, the hand dryer in the bathroom was broken, there was nothing to dry my hands with, and the sanitizer was empty. I would have been in a world of trouble if this was the experience I gave customers. Being short handed is not an excuse. People will wait for GOOD service. read more

Food is ok. Service needs huge improvement. I tried paying with a debit card once on drive thru and teller claimed she needed my pin because the pin machine cord was too short to reach my car so I had to give her my PIN number. I refused and asked to see her manager. Manager comes and tells me the same thing but adds "You can trust her" Never have I experienced such a thing anywhere else. I refused of course. My advice is to check your receipts carefully regardless of your payment method. read more

Warning....warning. Avoid this McDonalds at all costs. We went through the drive/thru and ordered two drinks. 20 minutes later, we finally made it to the window. Only to be asked what we ordered and then had to wait longer for them to make our drinks. Service is slow, drive thru cashiers are horrible. They are unable to take orders without having an attitude, they forget to take orders from second lane. No knowledge of mobile orders. Food is sloppy. Chicken nuggets had several dark worm like shapes inside, the burger meat is raw inside. I wouldnt recommend eating here. read more
