I went here tonight and Im incredibly disappointed. We went in the store and ordered on kiosk. It didnt give us a receipt and when I asked the manager for one he said he couldn't do anything about it. The manager was INCREDIBLY RUDE. We waited for 20 min, saw the drive completely clear up and when I went to the manager to make sure they got our order he very rudely remarked that he was helping them make the order. They did not seem short staffed as I saw multiple workers walking around. By the time we got our food the burgers were cold, barely any sauce on the burgers and the fries were cold and old. I will certainly not be going there again. There were dirty receipts on the floor but it seemed like a clean store besides that. There were young adults hanging out too not making a ton of noise and the manager still found a way to complain about them even though he should have been focused on making the food. i ordered a meal around 11pm (an hour before they close) and when i kept checking the location of my food for it to be delivered it would get pushed back 10 minutes each time and when we called to ask about the food they said there were no orders and that they're closed. Honestly one of the most inaccurate Mcdonalds I've ever been to. They continue to lack the ability to correctly make the order to specifications. Ordering a burger without cheese and for them consistently to continue putting it on despite the order is frustrating. Received a free value meal card sometime back. When in to use it and they told me that the associate who issued the card no longer works here so we can't take it. It had no expiration date on it. So it was still good. So they messed up my order the last time but sense the manager don't work there anymore they are going to not make it right. That just don't make any sense to me. So I took it to there other store and had no problem using it. I'm thinking they should of taking it anyway. Bad bad service... When we arrived the lady up front looked at us once, then turned away and yelled that she had people waiting. That's all fine, but the way she yelled it was that, "we're bothering her". I'm waiting for my food as the whole team is yelling at each other and complaining about everything under the sun. Sat I drive thru for 35 minutes just order, another 5 minute to get the window to pay, staff rude. Watched people place orders I'm drive thru and leave because of the wait. Then you have staff looking out window pay here, doesn't talk to anyone just looks around!!! Oh yeah when I was told to order I said what I wanted and then was told I didn't get a thing get a thing you said!!! The guy at the pay window was watching cars leaving say bye, bye there goes another one but won't talk to any of us close to the window!!! McDonald's is always a fun place to go for me and this weekend was no exception. The onions in my cheeseburger were perfect and crunchy. We got a vanilla ice cream cone. I'm continually amazed at how incredible the ice cream tastes. So creamy, smooth and sweet. The coffee was good and hot as usual. However, it did seem to be weaker than I'm used to. This has happened twice so maybe they changed the quantity of grounds? Next time I go there I'm going to get a happy meal. It just seems to be the best value and fun to bat. read more

I can't believe this store is still operating with as low a standards of food service as it is shoveling out to customers! YOU claim that you now "fresh" cook an order for a customer, which I believe it certainly takes as long to serve the customer, but as far as being "fresh cooked" THAT IS A TOTAL LIE!!! Obviously the chicken nuggets I received were under a warmer for at least 20 mins or longer for as tough & dried out they were. Several days later I ordered the classic Big Mac, This abomination was put together with cold cooked meat patties, a slice of unmelted cheese and lettuce that wasn't even completely drained. Like the other reviewer, I was on a cross-country journey and being there there had been ZERO Starbucks along the 80 freeway I chose to go to McDonald's for the complimentary customer WiFi. This McDonald's was not as bad as I was expecting it to be from the other review. It was actually one of the tidiest McDonald's I've ever been in. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. I ordered a happy meal - - (not so hungry) -- and was astonished that it was only a little over $2.50!! This McDonald's is slightly smaller than other locations, it is certainly not directly alongside the freeway - - you have to drive about 3 or 4 miles north. But it is a very clean, newer McDonald's. Zero stars live in Aurora make the dumb mistake for some reason to keep retuning despite every time we go there they screw up our food. Like tonight ordered a milk shake apparently they took that literally because it was like they took milk shook it up dumped some liquid half and half topped with whipped cream and cherry. i stopped in this wretched town to sleep on my way from Cali to NY. i know McDonalds is not exactly fine dining but i was hoping to at least get some food in here. instead i had to deal with some obese moron who kept mumbling something under his nose and i never understood a word he said. i failed to explain to him what i wanted to eat and simply left. ended up having to drive a couple of miles to Arby's to eat. unfortunately Arby's does not show up on google maps for some reason. you have to take highway 14 to just pass crossing highway 80 and it will be on the right side as part of Love's. it's open 24/7 i went in there once at night and once in the morning and got great service both times. also both times they had some very hot ( albeit redneck ) women ( customers ) in there as well. this is definitely the place to go when you're stranded in this hell hole. read more

I will be fair and give this place a 3-star review since this McDonalds is so hit-and-miss. If you're going through the drive-thru, ALWAYS double check your order before you leave. My wife has made it home before without Chicken Nuggets in either happy meal. Also, don't plan on dining in during the morning hours, as every seat is taken by all of the retired folks in and around Aurora. Now, with that being said, the staff that works here are normally always friendly and the food is good (for McDonalds anyway). read more

We went inside and had the best McDonald's food ever. Seriously it was crazy. It was breakfast. The hash browns and pancake part of McGriddle was craspy on the outside.
