Last week, I ordered a simple wrap, and after an hour, I was still waiting. I told the manager, and he said it was coming after he packed several to-go orders. I went inside to check, and they dismissed me, never checking my order back in the kitchen. I had no choice but to leave the place, and I plan never to go back.
