They took unauthorized money from my financier account, meaning that I did not know about. They stated I needed my bottom teeth done, and again, I did not authorize, but they took the funds out of my finance anyway. I had asked for my money back, and they finally sent it. As for the dentist, he was so nice, but he did a bad job on my bridges. They are so uncomfortable, I have lumps behind half of my teeth, the front teeth are so thin and one of the bridges feels like it's going to come out. I highly recommend that you do not use this dental place! They are too expensive and do not do a good job. I'm going to have to have them redone, definitely by another dentist.

On my first visit, I told the front desk clerk that I'm vegan and that I wasn't sure if I needed to include that in the "special diet" part of the intake form. I don't remember her answer; all I remember is that she then told me that she needs to eat a cow at least once a day. Wow, so unprofessional and rude. Who says something like that to a customer? I wish I had walked out and never returned at that point. Next, "Dr." Michael couldn't be bothered to properly position the Q-Tip with the numbing ointment on it in my mouth, so I was treated to the pain of being stabbed by a needle into my gums. I cried out in pain, but he didn't so much as bat an eye--he didn't apologize either or make any acknowledgement whatsoever that he had just screwed up and had caused me intense pain. Lastly, he told me that I needed to have a tooth pulled. He set me up with an oral surgeon (no doubt a big business friend of his), but thank goodness I had the sense to get a second opinion, because it turned out that I didn't need the tooth pulled. I didn't even need a root canal; all I needed was a filling. So, my advice: DO NOT GO TO THIS DENTIST UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES. He is rude and dangerous and will hook you up with his business pals for procedures you don't need. BEWARE.
