August 2025, I obtained a better insurance policy with a different provider. I notified this agency well in advance that I did not want to renew my policy, which was set to renew in September. The agent told me they could not cancel my policy unless I provided a copy of my new insurance policy so they could "review my coverage." I made it very clear that I did not want or need them to review my coverage, and since providing a new policy is not required by law, I declined. Despite clearly notifying them of my intent not to renew, my policy was renewed anyway. About a month later, I received a bill for the renewed policy. I contacted the agent again, and after a long and argumentative conversation, I provided a copy of my new policy even though I should not have had to. Two months later, I received another bill for the same policy, this time threatening to send me to collections for nonpayment of a policy I repeatedly told them to cancel. I contacted them again, re-sent proof of my active policy by email, and was told it would be handled. Two weeks after that, I received yet another bill. This agency failed to act on clear cancellation instructions, repeatedly billed me for a policy I did not authorize, and escalated the situation by threatening collections. This is the worst experience I have ever had with any business. I would strongly caution anyone considering using this agency. read more

If I could give zero stars I would. As recent reviewer put on they become very aggressive and nasty when you ask to cancel or even question the policy. I sent a request for cancelation earlier this morning around 10 and was given the run around and the annoying questions. I delay directly with the owner and he is just a rude individual it is not worth the bullying and the headache to go with this company save yourself now and find any other agent with better customer service read more

Used this company for 10 plus years. Recently found insurance for half the cost. Now they have me jumping through hoops to cancel. The sad part is I'm not cancelling...I'm just not renewing my policies.They want to know where Im going and wont cancel till I send them my new information. Last time I checked they work for me...not the other way around. Very disappointed and plan on filing a complaint to the BBB and Insurance commission. Just went to file complaint on BBB only to find out they are not an Accredited BBB. read more

I was completely fine with this company until I went to cancel my policy. Woman that I spoke to on the phone was completely nasty and rude. Stated that it was company policy that I HAD to submit proof of change of insurance for my condo policy. This isn't even a policy that my mortgage company requires me to have so there is NO WAY that I have to send them proof. Basically hung up the phone on me when I pushed back on their "policy" so I called the insurance company directly to cancel. Would not recommend this company to anyone! read more

They have been my agents for almost a decade and i couldn't be happier. I insure my primary residence, a rental unit and have insured several cars with them and the rates are great. Admittedly, I can be a bit of a pain as a customer, but I've never had anything but top notch service and they are constantly willing to go the extra mile for me. read more

I couldn't agree more with the other two previous negative reviews. This company will treat you horrible when you go to leave. They refused to cancel our insurance and the owner yelled at my wife, cussed at her, and hung up on both of us. Extremely unprofessional and rude. read more
