Booking.com will tell you anything to not return your money but MaryLynn explained how third parties such as them operate. It took well over an hour to cancel with booking.com and then they had to call MaryLynn while I'm there with her. They will complete the cancellation and return my deposit in full. (It will take 5 to 10 business days they said) DO NOT go through third party such as booking.com or Expedia. Call MaryLynn and/or whoever else is managing on her days off. The pool was a few steps away surrounded by palm trees and the lobby in the main building and had snacks for free. Cold soda and water, pretzels, chips and candy jar all free. The efficiency had a full kitchen. It was great to make dinner on site and watch the sunset. We used the charcoal grills ( bring your own charcoal). The grill are very clean. All the tables and chairs are very clean. There is no maid service during your stay. Our room and a queen size Murphy' bed, futon, recliner, side chair, & dining table with four chairs. The kitchen was stocked with pots and pans, silverware, toaster, crockpot, soaps, & sponge. The kitchen has a microwave, oven, stove and fridge. The staff is very friendly. There is free parking. You can rent a stand up paddle board from the hotel for $25/day. This hotel is casual and very clean. The staff keeps it in great condition. I would not hesitate staying here again.
