In the beginning they seem very helpful, UNTIL I…read morecontacted them asking them to come back out to my residence to check the tank after discovering the tank was completely after using our SMALL living room heater on low for two days. 100 gallons was put in and that amount has always lasted us a winter in a half. All because the inspection was signed off on, they refused and said this is what we go by and can not be held responsible. I called McCurtain propane whom we have always and will continue to do service with came out and found the valve that Cycle replaced had a major leak, as it was only hand tightened. McCurtain propane fixed this at no charge and put 100 gallons in the tank and YES, we still have propane! I found out Cyclo has made small errors like this before. I tried and tried to have Cyclo fix the error and asked to have the owner call. I still have not received a call to this date!

The staff was friendly and the exchange was quick. We were nervous that we wouldn't be back by the 4:15p check in and they were very flexible regarding possibility of late fees and said as long as we made it by 6p we wouldnt incur major charges. Gratefully, we were able to return it on time. The location in Idabel is closer, but they didn't have the trailer we needed. Glad we came to Broken Bow because they met our needs all around.
