No art and no music and no computers or computer skills offered.. Teachers are held to no standard and are without and/or holding only a minimum certification required by law to teach and they do not care. In 8th grade, she had a pregnant teacher talk daily to entire class about all the miscarriages she had and the multiple husbands too. My daughter was instructed and/or manipulat to read "like a mentor" and help other students learn like a tutor consistently because teachers were too lazy to teach. My daughter was all As and when we moved schools. she had to play "catch up" as she learned nothing at this crappy school. IThe school should shut down. Kids are graduating with good grades and are learning nothing. The head of school should be ashamed of herself. She is the head of the snake and doesn't care about any of the kids. Only herself. Ask the school.how many students register and leave within a 2 year period. I believe everyone that came from.different environments (there were three of us for 7th grade) and went to this school left within 18 months. This place is a filthy dump.

Teachers and other staff target students and treat them unfairly. The teachers give an absurd amount of work and barely teach at all. Staff are lazy and are quick to sweep a serious issue under the rug if it will cause them any bad reputation. Teachers and staff play favorites and if you aren't their favorite they will make your school experience living hell. This school is overly glorified but its one of the worst schools in Tuscaloosa. DO NOT EVEN CONSIDER SENDING YOUR CHILD HERE! ITS A WASTE OF MONEY!
