I paid TJ after several…read morescreening panels were replaced only to discover afterwards two cuts in an upper angled roof panel right adjacent to where his installer was up on a ladder to get to the top of a side panel being replaced. I Discovered the cuts, so asked him to come back and take a look. I'm a retired experienced GC and while showing him the two small cuts, I only suggested the real possibility that his installer may have lost his balance and not realized with tools in his hands that he may have been the cause. TJ became indignant, claiming he was being personally accused by me and that there was no way the cuts were "human". Instead of admitting even the slightest possibility that I may be right and discussing any type of resolution or compromise we could come to, TJ escaped out the side screen door and headed to his work truck like he was a criminal leaving the scene of accident that he was at fault in causing. NOT much of a businessman in my opinion as he ran away without any further discussion, not even getting the chance to learn that, either way, I was still prepared to have the repair done at my expense. But due to his running off in denial, we never even got to that line of discussion. I WOULD NEVER USE THIS PERSON (for lack of a better term) AGAIN, not even when he begins his new business picking up dogshit in people's yards which as far as I'm concerned is about all he may be qualified to do.
