UPDATE*****My case was dismissed!!! No trial (even though Zach was ready). Prosecutor was trying to give me 5 years probation, 5 years protective order for the "victim", 52 weeks of DV classes, gun ownership restricted permanently, and restitution payment to the "victim"-all because of a lie. Thankfully the truth surfaced and the prosecutor dropped the charges against me. If you are looking for a caring and honest attorney please DO NOT hire Mr. McCready. He takes your money, stops communicating with you, and never visits his client. The only time his client sees him is on court dates and even then he doesn't show up but sends his representative. He's very unprofessional and is ONLY in it for the money NOT for the wellbeing of his client. When he is called out for his lack of communication and unprofessionalism he suddenly gets off of the case. All I asked was for communication because I live in Texas and he had me making blank trips to California due to his lack of communication. His attitude is very narcissistic and arrogant.
